  This can packaged very flat but fluffed up super nice. I wore them stacked for more fullness and a different look. a great buy for the price. They seem to be holding up very well.

  Escribo esta reseña porque no encontré un comentario que me ayudara a decidir mi size, peso 145 libras pero de cintura delgada, mi size es S quería un XS pero ya no tenían disponibles. Ordene una xxs me queda super ajustada pero es comoda y la puedo aguantar, el primer día fue difícil y el segundo día me la puse sin problemas.

  Once you get used to it, this waist trainer is amazing. It’s been about a month, without exercise, and I’ve still moved onto the next row of hooks. The pictures are the immediate effect of wearing the waist trainer, and you can definitely see a difference. I can see more of a difference now that it’s been a few weeks.

  I am a 40D and had to get the 3X just so I could wear it. I have to still zip it and THEN slip it over my head just so I can put it on. I got the 4x first and it was way too big, so returned it at Kohl’s and got the 2x that was way too small, so then got the 3X and it fits great! I’m only 5’ tall with an extremely short torso and I have a fupa, walking and wearing it I can keep it around my lower stomach but when I run it hikes up like crazy but I just pull it down. The sweat vests I love the best because I’ve lost 33 lbs working out with one, well that and a complete food lifestyle change but still, this helps me target my back fat too.

  I’m 5’1 and weigh 103 lbs got this to hopefully help get rid of the baby pouch I’ve had for so long. I got the XS size and it’s a bit hard to put on but not impossible. I can’t breathe but I know you’ve got to get used to it. Not too bad of a fit would recommend.
