  I got size Large. I didn’t think I could squeeze into the second hook.. but I end up being able to. It feels tight, the way I wanted it. I have a third hook to look forward to. I have a long torso so it covers my entire abdomen, even my hips.. which is perfect. I like the length.. if you have a shorter torso might want to measure yourself.. you don’t want it covering your butt.

  It’s a very quality excellent waist trainer. Very durable. I can’t believe the price for such a great waist trainer. I didn’t know what size to get because according to me measuring my waist and looking at chart. It says I need a 5X. So I looked up reviews for people around my size and weight, and I got size according to what size they got, which was a Large. And that’s the perfect size. I only can put on first hook right now. At first, it seemed as if, it wasn’t going to even snap or it would’ve been too tight. But it fit and feels perfect. The first time when trying it on, it may look or seem like you’re not going to be able to hook it, but the latex leather is awesome. Just use a little strength and start at the top and work your way down. I’ve been wearing it for 5 days now. It’s not as hard to put on and not too easy either. That lets me know that it’s a quality trainer because some will get loose after a few wears. I love this trainer and looking forward to the day when I purchase a medium trainer from this seller

  I read the reviews and they were all different I didn’t know what size to order people said all different things so I went by the chart it fits perfect and is very comfortable! Do not listen to people go by the chart it is exactly right! I love it so much I already ordered a sizer down so when I lose because I love it that much!
