  Guys, this is the s*** right here. Easier to button pants up, hardly any bulges showing, be real with your sizes though because it is tiiiiiiight, really holds you together if you get your true size. A must buy really.

  Just be careful this isn’t a very stretchy material, i’m a medium in shirt but a small in waist but I got XSmall and i’m at the 3rd row hoping to be in the first soon :) Once you get the first hook on it gets easier

  I'm 5'8 tall and weigh 260 lbs, but look like I weigh maybe 220lb because of my height. I got the 6x size because my waist is bigger. I am curvy, big butt, medium breast, but I'm self conscious about my stomach because I have a 18 month old but still look 5 months pregnant when I relax my stomach. I am working out and wanted a waist trainer I can wear around the house, when cleaning cooking, etc. It fits as expected. At first I was like, maybe I should have gotten a 5x, but that was up until I actually attempted to buckle it on the first hook, then I said nah I got the right size lol. Get it for functionality and for price.

  It's pretty good for the price! The material is sturdy. Not much stretch but you can work it.I'm 5'7 164lbs. Medium is too small, but will hook if I suck in.If you're debating on a size, I'd size up!

  I used the size chart and it said a 41 inch waist was a 5x and so that’s what I ordered... it is definitely too big even on the third set of eyelets. I would probably order a size down if you want it to be tighter but other than that it smooths me out really well would recommend but probably size down.
