  First Impression: very comfortable . the material is firm but very comfortable. i like it alot. It looks very sturdy. My last girdle was the Squeem and it took me a while to get used to the feel but this girdle was so much more comfortable on the first try. i hope it remains as nice. It looks exactly like the picture. I Love it I bought the L and i am 154 pounds,5feet 7. my waist is about 35 inches.

  I decided to dive in and get a medium instead of large. Im 511 and 150 pounds I'm so happy I did because it took me a little bit of work to get the first hooks fastened but as I lose weight I'll have two more notches to go so I love it it's it's a really nice cordate hold you and really tight if you get the right size

  I've spend hundreds dollars including Ardyss trainers..this is by far the best waist trainer I ever had. I weight 200 pounds 5'6 and it hide my stomach. I purchased an XL but I should have a gotten a XXL..But it still feels great.

  As the owner of many pairs of spanx thanks to having a post partum belly that never went away after 3 kids and 2 csections, I am absolutely in love with this thing. I have never been able to get that flat stomach look with any of my spanx, but this does the job great. I usually wear a size 14-16 so I bought an XXL. I'm able to wear it on the 3rd hooks. So comfortable, even when sitting, which surprised me because the corsets I own aren't like that at all. Makes all my fitted dresses look SO much better now because I don't look 9 months pregnant anymore! My only complaint is that the hooks do show if you're wearing a thin shirt/dress over it, so you have to layer a bit. But other then that I didn't have any other issues with it. Best purchase I ever made!

  Omg this product is amazing .. it makes your tummy sweat which is perfect for workouts ....make sure you order a size smaller than what you usually wear. So My usual size is a small and I bought an extra small. Worked perfectly ❤️

  I love this waist trainer. First of all, it's comfortable to wear. Though it's quite difficult to put on at first, you'll get used to it. It helps with my back pain, helps me with my posture and maintains my back straight. Plus it accentuates my curves. I don't really sweat a lot with this compared to other waist trainers.
