  Didn't listen to reviews and just bought my normal size. Fit perfect and looks great. Did have to sew the straps to keep them from coming down though. Other than that, perfect!

  I am happy with my waist trainer...LOVE IT ❤ I am 220lb with waist size 36-37 I order a size xl and it fit perfect I was worried about how it would fit but i was surprised,,,, the quality is thick and nice what you see is what you get.... If your waist is 38-40 then a size 2x will fit... I wait long for mine but it worth it with a smile

  This is exactly what I was looking for.. after buying numerous cinchers to wear under my wedding dress.. this takes the cake! I even bought an $80 one from bridal and ended up returning it. My dress doesn't require me to wear a bra but I still wanted to have a smooth midsection.. I'm 5'5, athletic build, 180lbs. The 3x worked great. I got the non fabric one too, and it is perforated to keep you cooler. THANK YOU!

  I originally ordered a large after reading reviews and product specks. (Note I pick L first because of the measurements listed are for the PRODUCT not your size & though 2ins smaller then my waist would be very tight) I ended up returning it right after I tired it on it was VERY loose on top and I could fasten the second row. The point is to start at the furthest out and work inward. The medium came today and I right away thought oh man now it is going to be too small no way I can fasten that. Cartoon lady instruction on the bag swayed me to try anyway stating clearly that it should be hard to fasten at first...because that's the point it needs to be tight to work. Took me about 6min to fasten the first bottom hook but all the rest were nothing after that. I LOVE IT. I love the security, fabric , shape it gives fantastic. It's totally worth your money.

  At first I was scared that this product would not fit. But when I received it I was happy to see that the material is latex and is very durable and will not stretch out. I am 5'5, 208 pounds and My measurements are 44,33,52. I am extremely bottom heavy which is why I was worried. I work out regularly and have a small waist so I wear a Medium size shirt. Which is why I ordered a size Medium Garment. I am very used to wearing waist trainers so it literally only took me 2 minutes to get it on, and one minute to take it off! I ordered the black Zipper shaper (the black bra in the photos is mines and did not come with the body shaper) A lot of people complain about the thong being uncomfortable for their long torso but a solution for that is to just buy a 2 hook bra extender that will latch in between the crotch area to extend the garment! Wearing underwear with the garment also makes it more comfortable. My before picture is the one of me sitting down in the grey Nike Leggings, and the following 3 photos are me with the garment. LOVE THIS PRODUCT!
