  Just got this for after csection, it's super nice! Amazing quality, material is really heavy and yet breathable. I can already tell it's great for my posture. I'm 5.7 and 145 ponds I got size Large just because after having a baby a lot of sucking in needs to happen and it fits like a glove. Make sure to measure yourself because I normally wear size S or M shirts.

  I like these waist trainers, for me they are good quality. I started with the small size, my waist was 27 inches, and for reference now using the x-small one i'm 25 inches. I recommend, had for more than 1 month and is still good.

  Simply magic. You will still have a small bulge but it gives instant curves. VERY HARD TO GET IN AND OUT BUT WORTH IT. Wore for a few hours wasn't too bad.

  I got a 5xl even though my waist is 45inches. It fits perfectly but the top part is a little lose so I had to hook it on the second hooks.. it definitely makes you sit up straight which I like but my posture isn't the best. This is day one of wearing it so we will see how it goes. I'm really excited to try it out
