  I bought this in January and thought it was going to be cheap quality because of the great price but when I got it it was great quality. I use it every day that I work only when I work and it gives me great back support and makes me look very slim. Over time I've noticed my stomach become a little smaller but it's not a magic wrap that's going to take off several inches, you still need to work out. Because I wear it so much a steel bar on the side broke and I had to take it out but it still worked like normal. A front bar just came out today but I'm going to just use some fabric glue to close the hole and it will be back to normal. This is a GREAT product and I will buy the same one again once this one is done for good since I use it every day.

  My first time ever buying a waist trainer and I love it!! I got a 4X because I wanted to be on the safe side and size up but I wish I just got a 3X because the 4X already has me at the 2nd row. But it's okay because I love it and it's really comfortable!! Hopefully when I lose more weight I can size down! But beware that your back fat does bulge, just a little! Other than that, very good buy and love the price!

  I order according to the size chart, not peoples comments and it fits perfect! Tight obviously but thats the point. Not too too tight, I can still breath. I love the length. Alot of these are not long enough to go over thhe love handles, but this goes past them and fits under your pants just fine. Its definitely not something I can workout in. May go with the breathable fabric next time after losing a bit of weight with sweating in this one.

  Amazing and sexy corset! I'm 5' 4 , 32DD, waist is 29, hips 40'and I got a L and XL. Gave the XL to my girlfriend as it was too big and kept the L. I'll be getting the M very soon. Very comfy and does the job. I got the boy shorts version.

  Helping to massively heal/close my Diastasis Recti ( Ab Gap ) after having a baby. I am so happy that after just 2 days of wearing for 7 hrs my tummy has shrunk. Thought I was deluding myself but even my hubby noticed. Yes,the skin is still loose, but the bulge/pooch I had before is like 70% reduced! highly recommended! July update - Ordered the small new, as the medium isn't tight enough anymore. Very happy with my results!

  For women seeking to get back into shape, to flatten their tummies or wish to have that extra firm support, this is great. You automatically look thinner and sleeker but also boosts your confidence to truly work on targeting those areas. I usually wear a 12 in dresses, 5'4 at 175lbs and purchased this in a large. It was hard to close at first but since I am working on losing weight anyway, I decided to keep it and after the second time wearing it, closing it is now a piece of cake. I am still on the first row of hooks but I am slowly working my way to the next level. If you would prefer that it is not too tight, you may wish to go with XL. I don't mind it tight because the material is quite comfortable. The tag, however, says not to wear it for more than 10 hours in a day though. It is great quality. FYI, it really gives your boobs a lift so be mindful of that... more cleavage than usual. Also, it generally does not show under my outfits but I can see the lining upfront under more fitted or thinner materials.

  I really like it, I am very petite, 4'11, 120 pounds and 35 inches waist, too big stomach, so a bought the small size it was a little too tight. Acording to the size chart I should have bought the large one, but since I am so pettite I thought the small would fit better like I said it is a litte to tight but still ok, it really hold things together so I highly recomend this product.
