  So far so good. I went with the medium ( I am 5'5 and 138pounds) I just had a baby and I am trying to get ride of the last few pounds slash get my waist back to its original size. This trainer makes your tummy look flat however, you can see the lines if you are trying to wear a fitted knit dress. I would say this product is mostly for its intended purpose of waist training. You can't notice it if you are wear jeans and a tee or something of that nature. I was able to go from the first hooks to the second after one week and I am working toward getting to the last one (hopefully soon :) ) Overall i think this is a good product and a great price.

  Seriously get the size you wear in shirts if that.. i got a medium because i vary btwn M & L, putting it on was so painful! I felt the loss of circulation wherever i was rolling it up i couldnt even get it past my butt. So im getting the next size up, L instead. Its a great shapeware but its not a miracle its not going to shave off 20 pounds if you size down, your going to regret it and end up having to return it. It works very well around the lower abdomen part and if you have a big butt get ready to struggle getting it on. But again as long as you get the size that youre supposed to you'll be fine

  My waist line measure 41 1/2inches so I grabbed the size it says on the chart it was 3xl fit perfectly already started losing weight and exercising at the same time. I love it, already recommended to all my family and friends

  If you're lacing it yourself, I recommend wearing it backwards as it'll be easier to lace. As a result it can be a little awkward to sit down in, but still functions great and damn I love the waistline/hips it gives me. If it didn't flip it around, I found it was too difficult to get tight enough to wrap the laces around twice, which provide a stronger tie and adds to the slimming effect. As I lose weight and need smaller sizes, I will definitely be returning to this product. It's a bit uncomfortable to wear for a while on skin, so i usually wear a skintight tummy shaper underneath as well.
