  Good quality. This is my first attempt at waist training. I am 5'4 , 135lbs. I am fairly fit, working out at least 3 days a week. I wear a 27-28 pant, but after reading other reviews, I decided to buy up, so I bought a L. I am on the last set of brackets. I wish I got the M. I'll probably wear this for a week and then buy a M. Likely will give the L to my best friend.

  I love this! It's perfect for my long torso. There aren't any gaps between my bra to squeeze out. It can get uncomfortable when I'm driving because the sitting position causes it to push into my chest. I'm definitely buying the next size down.
