  First time I got the small size but in few months I jumped to the XS and now I am on XXS, of course I have a healthy diet, it does not make you lose weight. It is made out of a very good quality material, it is strong and stretch enough for you to wear but not much that would get loose. Also the hooks are very strong!

  i absolutely love this corset! i recieved it exactly on time and have been wearing it non stop since it arrived. it gives me this impossibly beautiful figure that looks nice under clothes and isnt uncomfortable at all. ive been getting compliments on how much taller i look since it helps me keep my posture so much straighter, which is definitely a benefit. it makes me feel sexy and confident and I cant wait to see if my natural figure begins to change as i continue to wear it!

  Amazing. It's smooths you out and gives great support. Very comfortable too!! I'm 200 lbs, specs: 40,36,47 and I ordered 2X.. Its a little big I should have ordered XL for more compression. But it fits comfortably. I would order again.

  Great purchase for the price. Crinolines in stores are expensive. This one is good quality and has an under skirt so the material wont scratch you legs.

  I love this waist trainer. Bought my shirt size last time, too small, so I ordered one up and this one is amazing. Easy to zip and close and feels like it will work well in the gym and out. I had an Ann Cherry brand and I actually prefer this one. So much more comfortable

  (Edit:) I went on Youtube and discovered a trick that works TREMENDOUSLY for minimizing backfat/armfit fat when wearing a waist trainer! If you only hook every other hook as opposed to all of them, it greatly minimizes the look of those god-awful rolls those of us with a little bra bulge get when we wear waist trainers. I also wore my trainer to work for 10 hours yesterday- keep in mind that I actually work for Amazon in one of its warehouses and it did not bother me all day. I'm not sure why I had stomach discomfort while wearing this the first time but now I love it! I was super excited to finally purchase one of these waist trainers. I am 5'8, 190 pounds. I naturally have an hourglass figure but have a bit of a tummy. When I first put this trainer on I felt and looked great- until I looked at my back and noticed my fat practically pouring over the top of the trainer. Normally I don't have any rolls but this waist trainer gives me MEGA bra bulge. What's worse is that if I attempt to remedy the situation by pulling the trainer up then it won't cover my torso. Another huge downside was the abdominal pain I experienced after using this trainer for just two days. I had to take it off because of this odd pain in my stomach. Whether or not it was stomach acid being pushed into other parts of my body I can't say for sure. I just know that I'm stuck with a waist trainer I can't wear out because my back looks like Play-Dough being squeezed into a tube and because I feel like throwing up after just an hour of wear.

  Fits exactly as described. Keeps your stomach flat throughout the day and night after wearing it for 4-8 hours. I would recommend wearing it for as long as possible as you're getting ready. I wouldn't recommend wearing it if you're going to be bending over while you're sitting. I wear it to prevent bloating during that time of the month and sometimes I'll even wear it to sleep. I don't really recommend wearing it to sleep, though, since I have woken up with back aches the following day. This one fits exactly from the bottom of my chest to my hips. Way better than the trainers that only cover from my rib to my hips.
