  Considering how much you can spend on a corset at some stores in the mall, this was an excellent value!! The quality is great. The hooks feel like steel and not aluminum, The wrap material feels durable and thick. I wear it during workouts and I can still do all of my regular movements, crunching and bending, while not having to focus on holding my stomach in. I wear a size 4 in clothes, approx. 31 in., and I ordered a small. It's tight on the first row of hooks, but I can get it on and it fits the way I think it should. I definitely suggest handwash only.

  Love. Noticed a difference within a week of using. Its been two weeks and im already on the last clip. I recommend ordering your size and one size smaller because it makes a huge difference.

  (Edit:) I went on Youtube and discovered a trick that works TREMENDOUSLY for minimizing backfat/armfit fat when wearing a waist trainer! If you only hook every other hook as opposed to all of them, it greatly minimizes the look of those god-awful rolls those of us with a little bra bulge get when we wear waist trainers. I also wore my trainer to work for 10 hours yesterday- keep in mind that I actually work for Amazon in one of its warehouses and it did not bother me all day. I'm not sure why I had stomach discomfort while wearing this the first time but now I love it! I was super excited to finally purchase one of these waist trainers. I am 5'8, 190 pounds. I naturally have an hourglass figure but have a bit of a tummy. When I first put this trainer on I felt and looked great- until I looked at my back and noticed my fat practically pouring over the top of the trainer. Normally I don't have any rolls but this waist trainer gives me MEGA bra bulge. What's worse is that if I attempt to remedy the situation by pulling the trainer up then it won't cover my torso. Another huge downside was the abdominal pain I experienced after using this trainer for just two days. I had to take it off because of this odd pain in my stomach. Whether or not it was stomach acid being pushed into other parts of my body I can't say for sure. I just know that I'm stuck with a waist trainer I can't wear out because my back looks like Play-Dough being squeezed into a tube and because I feel like throwing up after just an hour of wear.

  This is great. I've had it for about 2 months now, so I feel my review is unbiased. I'm already on the second set of hooks. I typically wear it every single day while i'm at work for 8 hours or more. When I take it off my waist looks tiny and my stomach is super flat. It's also surprisingly comfortable overall. After you get used to it or break it in you can't even tell its there other than the fact that it really emphasizes your cleavage. Tricky to get on, but start from the top and work your way down while sucking in your stomach. It's supposed to be tight, that's the point of it. I plan on ordering the next size down once i get to the third set of hooks. I'm 5'9 130lbs with a semi athletic build and the small worked perfectly for me.

  I'm a size 6-8, and I ordered a small. It was perfect--remember the corset is supposed to be tight! there's a modesty panel in the back so your skin won't show, and it really doesn't take long to be able to reduce the gap! Great corset, ESPECIALLY for the price! If you're going for your first one, DO THIS ONE! But make sure you also look up how to season a corset, so that you don't end up accidentally ruining it or hurting yourself :)

  Ordered it on Tue. it came Sat. I am very pleased for the cost well constructed waist trainer. My waist was a 37 so i ordered XL it was a little hard to get into because i have long nails but other that that it fits as expected! The only tjing i did not like was the smell when i ooened the package not sure how to discribe it but i didnt like it. Over all im more than happy with this product i will do an update review with my results
