  I just got this product today, I bought it because my waist trimmer I use to workout is too big now and it used to move a lot (up and down- side to side) ... so I wanted something that wouldn't move and I found this sauna I am saying sauna because it is literally a sauna, I wore it for my first workout and I was sweating a ton after the first 30 minutes. I purchased the XL guiding me by the comments and size chart, I am 5'5 195 lbs and I have very small breast and it fits me perfectly BUT my chest area is a little bit tight so If you have big breast I would recommend check the size chart or other comments similar to you case... I did take some pictures, I am almost at the end of the belt, I think I will have to buy the LARGE size in a month or two.

  This thing is really good I was very surprised the great quality and it does what it says it's supposed to do. I don't wear it everyday but when I do it gives me an hourglass figure and it also helps my posture.

  Loving it!! I cant wear long because I just get so hot. But I can tell a difference in waist already. The added benefit of making me stand straight has been great for my back spasms

  I love this waist trainer. I was so scared to purchase one but after reading the great reviews this had I had to try it for myself. I will say I love it. I love how comfortable it is. It is very strong yet flexible at the same time. I highly recommend it.

  Runs a little small, but you want it to fit well underneath outerwear. I usually wear XS, and that's what I ordered. Definitely the right choice. Very well-made and worked perfectly under my 50's style dress! Such a great deal! Highly recommend!

  Its perfect! I wanted it to wear it under my Lularoe Carly dress. It gives just the cutest flair! I belt my dress and with this on under the Carly, its adorable! I think I will also wear it under my Nicole Dress! It arrived on time, and it is not too full, and not too flat. The fit is exact. Its not too tight and not too loose. It is comfy.

  Great material, will probably order another but in a smaller size; I bought my size by reading the comments to see how it ran and also by the chart but honestly could have gotten the next size down from what I normally wear.

  Bought this in a large! I usually wear a large but I had to return it because I couldn't fit in it. The material feels great and it feels like it's going to keep everything in place. I'm crossing my fingers with the xl. (I weigh 166 and am 5'3)

  Works very well. Uncomfortable at first but I have gotten used to it and even wear it at night so I don't have to wear it to work.
