  It's a snug fit and the first one I ordered was too small. They followed up on the purchase to ensure that it was a good fit. When they found out it wasn't, they provided a code to use on a reorder. I was so happy with the customer service and the garment is great! The detachable thong and ability to wear your worn bra, are big pluses! It really holds you in and smooths you out. I'm very happy with my purchase.

  Love love love! As a mama of five kiddos I can get rid of this little pooch of skin on my stomach and putting it on the first time I was instantly satisfied!   This is a nice waist trainer. I carry it with me in my purse and wear it through out the day. The bust area is slightly snug but it gives the best support (better than any sports bra) so I cant complain. This is a must have to help obtain fitness goals.

  This fits true to size when using chart and after reading others reviews. I am 5'2 and 150 pounds using a size large. Fits snuff like it's supposed to. After one wearing for just a couple hours I can already feel it working.

  I figure I probably burn at least a million calories getting the darned thing on, but once it's in place it looks amazing. It's more comfortable than I expected and beautifully flattens that post-baby flab. A few tips - 1) Wear a smooth, comfortable, cotton tank top or camisole underneath to minimize skin irritation. 2) The first few times you wear it, make sure you allow yourself plenty of time to put it on - it takes awhile. 3) It's much easier to hook from widest to smallest, which for me means bottom to top, but could be different for different people. 4) It is a process to get it off, too, so don't wear it if you're planning on having multiple adult beverages or ending your evening with romantic activity - there is NOTHING romantic about getting this thing off. I highly recommend it, though. Helped my posture and back pain and definitely makes me feel better about how I look!

I wear it about 8-12 hours a day and it makes me look slim. Depending on the style of the shirt you can't even tell you are wearing one! I love it!

  So far, so good. I'm 5'2 and 125 lbs and normally wear a size 6. Another reviewer noted that if you carry your weight in your middle, go up a size from what you think you should be. I got an XL and that was correct for me.

  I can't stress enough how sexy I feel in this. I have an extremely chubby + thick torso but am petite in height (4'11), so I wavered between the large and medium. I got the medium and it fit perfectly because of the generous adjustments that can be made using the lacing. Its shoestring lacing, which actually works quite well because it's sturdy and has a little more pull than ribbons would have. The trainer/corset is also extremely flexible so it can easily be folded and tucked into a traveling bag yet it's rigid enough to keep your posture and gut in check! I have washed it - gentle hand washing in lukewarm water followed by air drying; have comfortably walked around in it, and have owned it for over 9 months now and it shows no sign of wear, tear or fading. I love this company and will definitely order the small size once I've lost about ten more pounds haha.
