  So I brought this trainer and I've loved it ever since. I wear it everyday, most of the time I forget I even have it on because it's so comfortable. It doesn't pitch or roll up like the others. Its perfect.

  I was really unsure what size to buy but got a L. Im 5'5 weight 173 with 37 waist. I followed Amazon size chart because the one on the picture seemed extreme to get a 5xl. At first i thought i would never get it on. After getting the first clip on i layed down and worked one by on from the top. i was suprised how comfortable it was did not feel tight at all. By the 3rd day i was able to clip the second, even the 3rd row with out have to lay down or fight it. Product has amazing quality.

  I love this fabric! And it makes me look and feel amazing! Not to mention the staff are amazing. I was able to contact them to make sure I ordered the perfect size. I have a 37.5in waist and they recomended 4Xl. It fits GREAT!!

  I felt in love with the waist trainer since the day it arrived! The quality of the product is high, it was a bit hard to put the first day, and it felt a bit to small. However, it's been getting easier to put and I love it. I'm 5'5 and weight about 115lb

  The quality of this trainer is amazing, I'm tall and it fits my whole torso, it instantly gives you the hour glass shape, and shipping was fast. As far as helping you lose inches I'll update on that
