  I'm 5'6 110lbs and I ordered a small in black and it fits PERFECTLY! It has a little slip that goes between the tulle and ur legs so it doesn't scratch at all. It poofs out perfectly and looks great under a dress I bought recently! The waist band is elastic and u can adjust how high sits on ur waist. Best purchase ever!

  I recently (7 months ago) had my last baby. I have Diastasis Recti and my intestines always feel like they are going to fall out of my stomach. When I wear this my posture is better and my back no longer hurts. It takes the pressure off my intestines and holds them in place. Best thing is I can adjust it or mycomfort. I love this and will continue to wear it.

  This product was awesome! It fit as expected. I ordered a medium since i wear medium in tops. It was very snug but it slimmed me down alot.The thong part did feel a little unfortable but I think it was due to the fact that im not used to wearing one.

  If you are on the edge about which size, I suggest getting the bigger one because the laces can always be tightened! I would not suggest this for someone with a long torso. I am 5'2 and weigh 150 lbs. My measurements are: below bra = 33 waist = 34 hips = 39 torso length (sitting, measured from bend to bra) = 9.5 I bought this for waist training but so far have only been using it while on the computer to help with my lower back posture and it REALLY helps! I ordered a Med for a natural waist of 28 -29 and let me tell you, I had to loosen the corset as far as it could go and put some serious effort into making this thing clasp. I chose to err on the smaller side because I am losing weight and expected to be able to fit in it soon if not when it arrived. Because it is smaller than what I needed, it was a bit painful to squeeze that much stomach into such a small place for an extended time, but I left a clasp undone and wore it for short intervals. After losing a bit of bloat and a few pounds from reduced calorie intake, one week later I am tightening the corset.

  I ordered an extra small and it took a bit of work to get it to fit but once I got it on it looked very sexy. It helps if you have someone to help you put it on. I'm 5'6 with a 25' waist and I am happy with the size I ordered.
