I love it, I went by the chart but it was to big, so I had to send it back, I order another one size medium, I am 5'4 and I weight 138,, if that helps. It fits perfectly in only a week I started using the second role.

I ordered the product 2 sizes too small. Returning for a larger size. I believe this has the potential of being 5 stars.

Ordering more in different colors. This is the best waist trainer and I have tried a lot of a year of waist training. The latex one is great because I can wear it all day and at the gym. At first, I didn't think it would go on. Lay in bed to put it on and once you get it on... Perfecto!

Happy with this! I wear it on days when I want a flatter tummy under some of my more fitted dresses. I love how long it is, also love how it stays put.

It's flexible so it's easy to wear all day without feeling bad. I'm going to get a second one soon so I can rotate them between washings.
