It is a really good product. The quality of it is really nice for the price I paid for. Try to follow the measuring guidelines and you will not have trouble with the sizing. If you are new at wearing these types of products, try this one first before going out and spending triple the price. You will not regret it.

If you read the description and reviews closely this fits just as described. I usually wear a size 12-14 on top (size 38D bra) and 14-16 on bottom and ordered a 4x. At first I wasn't sure it was going to fit but it did (very snugly as I would expect). One thing I really appreciate about it is it is very sturdy quality. High quality heavy fabric and strong seams. Even as snug as the clasps are, they do not pull out. Other products I've tried in the past are poorly made in this area so I'm pretty impressed.

Very good quality!! I didn't expect much being that the price was so cheap, but I was completely wrong! This waist trainer is better than my 80 dollar one. PLEASE FOLLOW THE SIZE CHART AND YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!! I can wear this all day with ease having no problems bending over and living an active lifestyle. This does help lose inches off your waist ALONG WITH A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE!! If sized correctly you can wear this under your clothes.

I am very impressed with the quality because the price is so cheap. I'm 5'8, 140lb, and my waist is 29 in. I got the Medium, and it fits really nice. Tight fit, but not so tight that it suffocates you. The only con for me is that it looked short in pictures, but it is pretty long for me, so when I sit down, it pushes my breast and bra upwards, but that's pretty much it.

I'd recommend to go one size up- im normally a medium but got a large after reading reviews, and I'm glad! Still very snug but in a good way- once you get it on it's very comfortable and gives me the confidence I need!

I thought I order a large but I ended up with a medium which I can't not fit!!! so upset gotta go thru the hussle of return the item and waiting 2-3 business for a refund then order the right size that's too much but the material is sturdy no smell and come on time

UPDATE: (12/13/2016)
I have had the medium for 2 weeks and I'm already on the 3rd row of hooks. I'm not sure if this is because the garment stretched, because I got so used to wearing it or because the first few inches are the easiest to shed. I'm thinking next week I will try to use the small. The only complaint I have so far is that one of the bones came out like a bra wire and started poking me so I had to pull it out but other than that for a beginners waist trainer I'm very pleased! Will continue to update as time goes on!

I am 5'0 and weigh 145 pounds. I received this in the mail today and I love the quality and the feel of it however I purchased a size Small and it was unfortunately too small for me. I didn't bother returning it but instead repurchased it in a medium because the point of waist training is progress and I'm hoping one day to fit in the small! I will write another review once I receive my medium but so far it seems really sturdy and very good quality!

This waist trainer is great for beginners. I picked it as my first one, and loved it. The steel boning gives great support, the lining is soft, and it disappears under most clothing. It was surprisingly comfortable! I loved the way it smoothed and shaped that troublesome lower belly area, and even helped me develop better posture the longer I wore it. I've noticed a big change in my waistline, belly, and upper hip over the last month (wearing it 8 hours a day, combined with diet and exercise) and am now looking to purchase a smaller size. One note- I have an hourglass shape, and noticed some bunching at the waist, and less compression at the waist than I would've liked. Overall, great choice for someone just getting started.

Let me start by saying this is my husbands account but I placed the order.I got the 2xl and it was to small.I am 5 9 and 220 pounds.It is a amazing product and I love it I just can not fit in the 2xl right now.I contacted the company and they are sending me a 4xl which I know will fit great.I tried contacting amazon about it being to small and they were very rude and refused to help in anyway,so glad I contacted Yianna about this problem they had a very fast response time and treated me with respect.I will be keeping the 2xl because I know it will fit soon enough.It is soft material and I love the way it looks,also it is nice and strong material.I have a long torso and this is the right length for it.They have the best costumer service I have ever encountered.Yianna is a great company and I plan on ordering another one of these after I am done with the 2xl.I look forward to ordering more of their products in the future.
