I just received my waist trainer in the mail. I'm 173lbs and stand about 5'5. I ordered the 2X. Its a bit snug but, that is to be expected. The material is very comfortable. I'm very excited to see what happens.

Bought two of these and am now on the third row. I never though I would be able to get the third clasps done when I first started, now I can close them comfortably. My waist and love handles have trimmed down so much and it helps with my posture and keeps my core strong all day. At first I did notice some itching when I took it off at night but that seemed to go away now. Love this waist trainer and I will purchase the next size down soon.

I uploaded a picture of myself so I could show how my weight it distributed. I weight 220lbs and I first got an XXL and it was too small. So I bought an XXXXL and it's perfect! Tight enough to do some work but not too tight I couldn't get it on myself! It is very comfy even to sit down in!

I got a size Medium and I went a size down and it was a little small. I could only get 1 clipped at first, but eventually I got all of them and just stretched it out. The second time I got them all. I absolutely love it. It doesn't roll up and it moves with me. It's great for working out too. I am 5'8 and my waist is 31 inches. I am glad I went down a size. I wasn't at first but I am now. Lol.

Its great! I started with a 1x in a differt brand then got an xl in this one. Holds it shape and is much more sturdy than the 1x. U definitely know u are wearing it, but its great for this winter weather... Another cozy layer to keep me warm & tight. I would not wear it in the summer.

Fits lovely, I love it, and can't beat the price also good quality. Will be ordering a size 2x very soon! Recommended it to some of my friends, I wear it all day and when I'm working out and can already see a difference in my tummy has been less than a week.
