I'm so glad that I purchased this waist trainer. It really does work and I'm already on the second hook I purchased a medium and it fit me a little tight at first but now it fits great and I thought I would be a large since I weigh 140 lbs and my height is 5'2 but nope I'm proved myself wrong! Can't wait to get to the last hook and than when it's not fitting anymore, I will be purchasing a small !
I love this. It's comfortable and light and provides coverage without the added weight. The fringe does fall out occasionally but you've really gotta tug on it for that to happen. I would absolutely recommend this to everyone.
I've been wearing this everyday and despite being advertised for waist slimming, it has helped my BACK so much! I ordered based on my exact waist measurement and it was a perfect fit on the first hook line which allows me several rows to make it tighter when I'm ready. It gives an hour-glass shape and I don't wear it as tight as I could. I wash it in a mesh bag and hang to dry which has worked well. I'm very pleased with my purchase.
Great beginner waist trainer, perfectly curves and is super comfortable. Only thing is that the smell is unpleasant and strong.
So I got mine about a week ago and I can already see a difference! I wear a size medium in shirts, size 36 b in my bra, a 6 to 8 in jeans, and I'm 5 ft tall so I ordered a large based on reviews of the size and it was perfect. Personally I have a shorter torso so it actually goes from the bottom of my boobs down below my panty line which has made it ideal to cover my full mid section. In only a weeks time I've been able to go to the second row and my posture has improved greatly due to limitations in slouching

This corset does the job. I haven't worked out it 3 weeks and my stomach did not get bigger. This is usually the case when I don't work out. I have 26 inch waist and I ordered a small. I think I'll get XS next time to see if the inches in my waist goes down even if I don't exercise.
I love this waist trainer. This is the second one I have bought and I much prefer this one over the first one. The fabric on the outside is a bit rubbery so it is sometimes hard to get your shirts over it.
However, it fit perfectly and I wear it for 8 hours a day while I work. Haven't been wearing it long enough to see a change in shape or size but I do notice that I eat smaller portions while wearing it due to the tightness - which is a great thing for me!
I'll definitely be buying more of these in the future.
I've been ordering Waist Trainers for a while I started off at 3x and now I am down to a medium and this trainer is the best by far definitely glad that I bought it I can't wait to buy a small next time
