It's hard to put on at first. It took about a week to get use to it. It definitely helped me to not over eat and to have great posture. It can be a learning curve to wear these, but once you figure it out you'll love ii. It doesn't roll up on me, and it's only tight to breath in the first 2 days. I even sleep in it.
It was a struggle to get it on, needless to say that was very much expected.. It's very comfortable and I'm hoping for great results!
So far I'm pretty happy with it! I'm 5'5 and 130lbs and a large fit me perfectly snugon the loosest hooks. Definitely go by the Yianna size chart not the Amazon size chart. Makes me look flat and firm (I'm not fat but look a little preggo, which I'm not), love it so far.

I'm 5' 5 140lbs. I lift but hate cardio therefore I'm not loosing as much fat as I'd like. This helps smooth my love handles 110%. Loveee

I don't usually write reviews, but I have to say that this waist trainer is very comfortable. I bought another waist trainer from another company a week ago and it kept digging into my ribs and was very painful and uncomfortable. This waist trainer is nothing like that. Just feels like I'm wearing a tight tank top. It also provide really good back support. I would definitely recommend it. I bought the 2XL per the size chart because my waist is a 34, and it fit perfectly. I have it buttoned to the middle part, so I'm sure I'll have to buy a 1XL sooner or later. Anyway, if you're thinking about getting a waist trainer, you should definitely get this one. No question. It's awesome.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this waist trainer! I wasn't sure how well it would work or if it was gonna be comfortable but I love it so much! It is comfortable and looks great with anything I wear! It slims down my waist and I can finally wear my low-rise jeans, slim dresses and tight shirts that I never liked wearing because of my muffin top. I'm 5'6 and 140lbs and I fit into a M just fine!
