I love it! It fits great. I got the 3XL. I'm about 5'6 and around 150. I wore this for about an hour and then adjusted it to the smallest level. I think I'm already ready to order a size smaller. I wear it everyday for about 6 hours while cleaning the house and what not. Definitely recommend!

I found that the size chart is very accurate and i got the correct size. It is definitely recommended that you measure your waist and buy according to the size chart. The material is also very good quality and sturdy. Love it!

I started off at a 42 waist and now I'm a 37. This waist trainer is perfect. 3x worked great for 42 waist. I went from a 42 bra to a 36. I wear it every for 8 to 9 hours and it made my back arch beautiful lol

Love shape my waist line one problem the hooks keeps coming off tit needs stronger hooks other than that it's amazing I purchase high end,waist trainers not good for this price the bone breaks this waist trainer is good material the bone don't break only the hooks need to be stronger any pressure the hooks comes right out highly recommend just get stronger hooks I wear extra small bust 34c waist 24 hip 43 hope this helps any one trying to make a purchase

For the price, this girdle is very good quality and strong. It is very tight and cinches all your abdominal fat in. I weighed 140 lbs when I bought it and the medium was pretty tight. I'm sure if I would have lost weight with working out and using it, it would have been perfect, but I got pregnant instead. :)

I ordered a small! I am about 125 lbs to 130 & 5'4. I usually wear a size 3-5 in jeans. I did not measure myself I just guessed off of other reviews. I was going to get a medium but last second I decided small. Thankfully I did because I can fit it on the second row of hooks right away. I bought this mainly for home , I would not see myself wearing this all day under tight shirts , it's too bulky for that. !

The product arrived on time and I was very excited to put it on, being my first waist trainer! It is very comfortable and well made. Large, sturdy hooks, soft inner material... I didn’t want to take it off. My natural waist measured around 32” so I got the X-Large and it fit tightly on the 1st row when I put it on, but by the end of the week I was on the last row – however, I had also just started a diet so I was losing weight. I continued to wear it for a month because it was still tight on that row for a while. I’m 5’7” and it’s long enough to cover my lower belly which I love since that was part of my concern, not just waist training. I have now ordered the next size down, and I’ll continue to use this brand.

I wear a size 0, I fit in the xsmall, there's 3 levels I can fit the largest and middle one. Helps posture, durable. I'm 5'2, I bought the regular size vs petite, it's a tad long that it pushes up my bra, consider the petite if you're shorter
