I wear this waist cincher belt just about every other day. I wear this under my shirts, but I normally wear an undershirt underneath the belt to prevent irritation. I have sensitive skin, and I find it best to wear something in between my skin and the belt. If you have a short torso, this is perfect. It is not flimsy, and provide hours of support. I will be ordering again. I'm about to order another a size down.

LOVE IT! Excellent for the price. Great quality. I've paid $150 for other waist trainers and I love this one the best. Lost 2 inches the first week and the most uncomfortable day was day 1. After that it conformed to my body and felt kinda good actually. My more expensive trainers bruised my ribs :(

I ordered a small since I'm a medium usually but it was really tight. I'm in shape and was looking for something to show off my waist without being too tight. So I bought another in a medium which is what I feel more comfortable in. But definitely recommend. These could easily be sold for $50- $60.

I love this waist trainer. The first one I ever purchased and it didn't disappoint. I'm 5 11 178 lbs so a month ago I started with a large. I barely fit it on the loosest hooks. After exercising almost 5/6 times a week I purchased the medium and it fits great. I will purchase a small in hopes of fitting it in 30 days. The 1st pic was 2weeks ago with the large corset. The second was today wit the medium

I'm on my second small trainer! I'm down to 168 lbs and these are the best on the market. I attempted to order an xs and had to exchange it. Chances are, I'll never be on an xs. Going from a large to a small on less than 6 months. I'm a totally satisfied customer.

I measured the smallest part of my waist and then ordered accordingly. Very pleased. This is very well made. I'm six feet tall and it was nice to have something that covered my entire waist.

I love how this product fits me and the results are amazing. you would have to make sure you check the seller's size chart to ensure the proper fitting. Very high quality materials and it's pretty comfortable for what it is. it bulges a little when you put it inside a fitted shirt but that's just because the material is pretty thick=durable.

This waist trainer is bomb dot com. Fits perfectly and as expected. Holds in the right areas. I got an x-small. At first I was like omg this is sucking the life out of me. But then I wore it all day and I didn't mind it. Makes me look as if my body was done with clothing on top hehe. Definitely give it a thumbs up plus it's at a great price. Would totally recommend !!!! So far so good. Love!!

After days of researching cinchers I settled on this one and I'm more than happy that I did. I'm also happy I read through the reviews meticulously otherwise I would have ordered the wrong size. I tend to fluctuate between a 33 and a 34 inch waist and so I was about to purchase by the sizing chart and get an XL but reading the reviews made me go down a size. I'm so glad I did. The Large fits perfectly (I could probably have squeezed into a M to be honest...maybe) but I would have been swimming in an XL.

As for the cincher itself I'm in love. The quality of the material is amazing and the construction is very solid. I'm really impressed. It takes me in almost 3 inches!!! Not only that but it's SUPER comfortable for me. It's a little hot, but it's to be expected as that's kind of its purpose but I couldn't be happier. I have a trouble area pooch that everything always bisected or was too short to cover but this is long enough that it covers my entire torso and flattens my pooch perfectly. I could easily wear this all day. Hell, I could easily wear this to sleep.

I also have back problems and so far this is supportive enough to lessen the ache. I'm very pleased.

Edit: (Update) Still love this but just popped in to say this is NOT steel boning in case anyone was wondering. You can touch it end to end without any resistance. Still it does its job.
