After ordering and returning two other sizes,this one fit perfectly. I originally ordered a size too small,and then one too big(on my part)I would definitely recommend this product as many of my coworkers purchaesd one and it worked!!.

I love this product and it's the first time I have ever tried waist training. I started out with the xl and I'm 5'2 weighed 170 at the time. Three weeks later I have decided to go with a size down as the first week I was on the first hooks, second on the second hooks and now on the last hooks and it is not as tight as it needs to be. I have also lost twenty pounds and have not been exercising which is amazing as I could not do so before. I wear it to bed and it has not only saved my back from work but it also has given me the appearance of hips with it off now! I'm waiting for the new one to come in and due to my short waist have ordered the short one because it does buckle at the top and bottom when I sit down. Other than being long, it is a wonderful product and I look forward to possibly getting to size down again.

Great Fit...i ordered a size 4X which was to big. I am 5'9 and waist is 47 in. I reordered a 2XL and it is perfect. A huge difference! U will luv the way ur midsection looks with this corset. Amazing.thanks again!!

I am 5'2 120lbs. I purchased the snall size. The waist trainer fits perfectly around my waist, however the only complaint is that it's too long. It sits right below my waist. But other than that it's great!

I love this thing, I followed the size chart and got a S and it works great! Really helps with posture, it's tight but dosent feel sufficating at all. Comfortable and breathable material. I will definitely be using it a lot to start my waist training process!

I am 5/7, 130 lbs, wear small sizes (nothing larger than a size 5). At first it was very hard to get on and I was afraid it was too small. but once I got it on it stretched to a more manageable size. I am the 1st set of hooks so have room to shrink :)

I love this product! For the price it is really great and COMFORTABLE waist trainer. I can actually move and breathe in this. Can't wait to work out it in. My waist is a 35 but I ordered a medium and it fits just fine, not too big at all, but just right. I did, however start on the second row, the first row still was able to snatch my waist in, but i wanted it a little tighter, and i still feel comfortable without feeling like my ribs are in danger. Overall a great product for a great price. If you don't want to spend a lot of money this waist trainer is the way to go.
