I got this as a gift. That's probably weird but it's okay because I asked for it lol. I measured my waist BEFORE using it (obviously) and it was about 28 inches. I decided to go with a medium even though 28 would be considered a large but I wanted it to be snug. That's the whole point is to train your waist to be smaller. The first time I tried it on it was a little difficult to hook all the closures. Just pull hard and suck it in! But after about a week now of using it every day for a couple hours I can now hook it on the tightest setting and I'm definitely seeing results in a smaller waist while not wearing it and my love handles are disappearing. THAT BEING SAID I am also trying to increase my exercising and watching what I eat better. Overall I love it! I even run with it on sometimes and it's not uncomfortable at all. Very happy!

It's really great. It moves with you and it's breathable. I should have gotten a small though. I'm 5'5 and weigh 169 and the medium is ok at the last setting but I could have gotten the small. Over all it's great.

I live this is! My measurements were 33 inches above my belly button and 37 below. At first I ordered a medium and I couldn't get it on so I went with the large and it's amazing! Very comfortable and great for working out in.

I have a 30inch waist, 5'4, 145 lbs. I bought a Medium and it fit just right. Measurement guide says a Large was my correct size, but I went based on reviews. I was able to get it on the third (tightest) row after a week and a half. So I will be purchasing a Small soon.

I was VERY impressed with the quality for the inexpensive price. This is a great waist trainer for the money spent! As stated above, I will need to purchase a Small soon. This is also great at keeping/improving posture. You won't be slouching in this thing! It's fairly breathable, but there is a bit of a sweat residue as soon as you take it off. Quickly goes away, though. It also leaves some marks on your skin from being tight, but it isn't uncomfortable (to me) and it reminds me of having an ace bandage wrapped a little tightly.

I'd also like to add, I have been using this in addition to diet and exercise. I prefer wearing it during the day, as it significantly improves my posture. I haven't washed it yet, as I haven't felt the need to yet.

It is comfortable and flexible all while toning your waist. I normally where a L to XL and ordered a 5x to be safe. A 4x would have been a better size but that was my fault.
