I purchased a medium and it fits comfortably but I would actually prefer it to be a bit tighter. I knew when purchasing the medium that I was on the smaller end up the spectrum (my waist fluctuates between 25 and 26 inches.) I can hook it on the tightest/ last row of hooks and it fits snugly but not as tight as I would like it to be. Looking back I wish I had purchased a small. The quality is great and I appreciate the fact that it's long enough to cover a large portion of the torso. I've only been wearing it for a few days and haven't noticed any significant results. I'm planning to wear this throughout the day as well as when I do cardio workouts. I've worn it a few times already while doing cardio workouts and it made me sweat quite a bit, which can help get rid of water weight. Overall I'm pleased and I think it's great for the price!

Normally I wouldn't post pictures like these but I am beyond pleased with this product. I'm 5'6 tall and about 165 pounds. I bought a large thinking it would be too big but it fits just right. I can still breathe and not be in any discomfort! At first when I read the reviews I was nervous about buying this product because some reviews were good and some were bad, but I knew if I didn't like it I could just return it! I honestly love this product because it makes me want to buy a whole new closet of tight clothes because I know that I won't be embarrassed wearing anything skin tight anymore. On top of that, it motivates me to want to be better about going to the gym. I would definitely recommend this product!

It fits great and I am on the largest closure option so I have plenty room to make the corset smaller as I get thinner. The steel ribs are wonderful for maintaining the shape of the waist-trainer because without them it would roll at the top and the bottom. I have only been wearing it for about 2 weeks so I don't know yet if it is making my waist smaller.

I'm 5'2 and 158 pounds and I have a Apple body shape and I ordered a medium it's too small for me but Im going to order it in a large I'm not returning the medium cause I'm saving it when I get too small for the large and I can tell if I could get the trainer on my body that I will like it cause it feels strong and it doesn't stretch much which I like cause I didn't want something that would stretch alot and I'll definitely be reordering this in a large soon

It was hard to get in first, after it was stretched a little from wearing it was fine. It holds everything together wonderfully! Plus there's enough rows to get smaller.

I'll start off by saying I was skeptical about this waist trainer because of the price, It's pretty cheap. This waist trainer is amazing. I am 40 in. On my waist and got an XL. The first time I did struggle to put it on, second day was pretty easy. I wouldn't recommend this to workout in. Also, you can wear it under clothes and it is not noticeable.

The one thing I did not like was that it a bit long for me, I'm 5'2 but that's the only Con.
