I cannot fully express how much I love this. Can I give it 6 stars? No? Okay then. I recently had a baby and I am trying to work out to reduce my waistline. This helped me get the look I wanted so I can wear the dresses I like. You cannot tell I have it on!! It just looks like I have a flat stomach and a narrowed waist. Doing it up is somewhat difficult - not going to lie. I recommend positioning it where it is comfortable first, then start at the bottom and work your way up. Then it is on and not going to budge, provided that you purchase the correct size. This will force you to have excellent posture when sitting and standing, so that's a bonus. Remember that this is shapewear so it's not going to feel like pajamas. It is tighty-tighty-tight-tight. I live in a warm climate and I sweat in it, but I do not care because I look fabulous.
IGNORE THE AMAZON PROVIDED SIZING CHART. Follow the size chart in the images provided by the manufacturer.
I will be purchasing more so I can wear one everyday without the worry of a rigorous laundry schedule. (You know, due to the sweating)

This is a wonderful product that helps in several different ways: Back support, skin tightening, losing water weight. ( atleast for myself) Buy a size smaller than your regular shirt size. Unless you only want this for support you need to buy a smaller size the attain the smaller waist. You will work up a sweat putting it on, you may even need a partner, but its worth it.
I even talked my best friend in to purchasing one and warned her about the size, she didnt listen and now has to purchase a new one.

I measured my waist at a 37-38 and ordered a 3x. It fits perfectly! Nice and tight and holds in my midsection pudge. Make sure to use the size chart. I have a long torso (I stand tall at 6'3) and it falls right below my bra, extremely comfortable, breathes, and I can wear it all day without feeling fatigued. I will definitely buy this again when I need to go down a size. Inexpensive and pretty good quality for the price. OH it also took two weeks less delivery time than estimated which is always a huge plus.

This is the first waist trainer I'm ever trying and so far it feel super comfortable. The product was deliver before the estimated delivery date which was perfect. Customer service was excellent and super helpful. I would definitely recommend this to anyone interest in trying out waist training.

Love it! My favorite color nd it pops. It was a struggle the first day but a couple of weeks in, white exercise and watching my eating I can put it on much easier. I did have a skin reaction, which I thought may happen since I had them to plastic as a child. I wear it over a cami for workouts and at work under my scrubs for 10 hours with no discomfort.

When this arrived I couldn't wait to try it on. I am a size 31 waist and the Large fits me like a glove. It keeps me covered in all my problem areas and isn't too hard to move around in. I read complaints of people not being able to breathe but I have no trouble breathing. Since I don't want the waist trainer doing all the work, I also squeeze my core when bending down to get more out of it. I sit comfortably in mine and plan to workout in it soon. I LOVE this trainer. Perfect!

I'm a review freak and I read what felt like a million reviews on numerous waist trainers! I saw there were over 2000 reviewers for this specific trainer and so I looked into it more seriously and knew i wanted this trainer but couldn't figure out the size to get because everyone was seriously so different!! I'm 5'8 and have a longer torso but I'm a size 8, usually wear a medium shirt and when I measured above my belly button before ordering (as recommended) I was a 34. I was nervous about what size to order because of all the reviews that say to order 2 or even 3 sizes up but I ordered a LARGE and it's PERFECT! I wouldn't want it any bigger! I'm on the 3rd row of hooks and it's comfortable enough for me to wear all day long! YES I can breathe, NO it's not crushing my organs, YES it definitely helps with my posture and YES it definitely makes me feel fuller faster when eating but trust me, that's a good thing!!! Now I get to work towards making my way to the second row and then hopefully down to the first row of hooks! Yay for Yianna!!!!!
