This Waistrainer is so comfortable! First time you wear it its snug. Loosens up after a few days of using it. My waist is currently 27” and I ordered the xsmall and its perfect. I will be purchasing more colors.

I am 5’2 & I weight about 150. I got a small because I know my waist will get smaller once I keep once using the waist trainer. It is a little hard to get into it the first time after that it gets easier and easier. I didn’t get a bigger size because my goal isn’t to get bigger and it would be a waist of money because soon I would need a smaller one. I carry most of my weight on my arms and thighs. I had a son about 2 years ago so I do have a bit of extra skin And a kangaroo pouch. Yes the fat does go out of the waist trainer but that’s normal as you go that will also disappear the fat starts going to different areas. TIP: ALWAYS TUCK IN YOUR GUT INTO THE WAIST TRAINER... UNLESS YOU ARE SKINNY THEN YOU ARE GOOD!! The quality of the waist trainer is better than others ones I’ve tried and this one is very affordable verses paying 65+. I do wear it for about 4 hours straight then I take it off and rest for about an hour and wear it again for another 4 I make sure I don’t go to sleep with it. THIS ISNT A MIRACLE MAKER!! YOU DO HAVE TO WORK OUT ASWELL THERES SIMPLE WORK OUTS YOU CAN DO AT HOME TO MINIMIZE THE BACK FAT. YOU CAN SIMPLE JUST TURN ON THE MUSIC AND DANCE IN YOUR LIVING ROOM!! THE GOAL IS TO SWEAT!!!!! GOOD LUCK LADIES HOPE THIS HELPS!!!

I have had this product for only 1 week. I purchased a medium. On the first day I could barely wrestle it on. On day 2 I was already able to go to the second row. On day 5 I was able to cinch to the last row. I have now ordered a size small. I wear this all day except for sleeping. It is comfortable. I find it helps my posture. I also was suffering from severe GI issues including bloating and intestinal cramping which have now disappeared. This may be due to now eating smaller portions with the device. It prevents overeating. I don't feel hungry between meals. I lost a pound over the last week. I will definitely continue to wear it.

It was a little tighter than I expected. I'm 4'11 and 147lbs so I got a medium as I would if I was buying clothes. I will say it takes time to get used to. The first 3 days your ribs hurt and it leaves indents in your skin. Word of advice use seran wrap under it to keep it from leaving indents. I'm on week 2 and use it for 12hrs a day. Now I can easily clip it on the 2nd row. I've lost 2lbs. No diet or exercise. It does keep you from eating as much with it on and if your moving around (chasing kids, doing laundry ect) you will notice sweat.

I really recommend it I started with a Large now wearing a Small. It's a little tight to put on the first time but it fits it might not look like it but it does just order your shirt size.

It's what I have been looking for, love the way it fits. I did go by the sizing chart and it was a perfect fit I'm a size 8/10 and the medium was what I needed. I wear it to work every day for 8 hours and haven't had any problems. Love It!!
