I love the fit. It really works. I've only been using it two weeks but I can see results. I added it to my workout. I usually wear it for 3-4 hours daily and during workouts.

Just received the waist trainer. The fabric is a heavier fabric and it has stretch. PLEASE NOTE if you have a 35 inch waist (like mine) you should not order the 2x (I think) that this company says they recommend. It will be too BIG. I read the reviews before I’ve made this purchase and another woman said she had brought the bigger size and she had to return it back twice to get the correct size. I didn’t want to do that so I listen the first time and brought the extra large and it fits perfect.

Works great but tight! I guess that's what it's suppose to be like. I ordered a medium first and that was too small. I am 5'7 and 150 pounds with a somewhat athletic build. Go up a size!

This is the BEST waist trainer I have ever used and I have quite a few from other brands. It is comfortable but supports my back, keeps bloating down, and keeps my core snug and engaged. I ordered size L with measure ments of 32.4 at the smallest of my waist and 35 around the bottom of my belly.

I ordered this in a small based on the chart size. I bought it to bring down my lower tummy fat and so far it's worked wonders. I've had it for a week now and I'm already on the 3rd row, but I did start off with the 2nd first. I had my first child a year ago so my posture and body didn't looked the same so I got it help that too. I did not take any measurements so I did it based on my pre pregnancy measurements. Here are my measurements that I went based on.

Height: 4'10
Waist: 27in
Weight: 110-115lbs

My torso isn't small or long but the product is a little longer than my torso. It still works wonders for me since I know it'll help shape my tummy and love handles.

Most likely going to have to get an XS in a few weeks since I'm already on the 3rd row.

I decided to try it out because I wanted an hourglass figure but couldn’t achieve it no matter how hard I exercised/dieted. So far it’s great, the only “down side” is the first time you try it on, it’ll be a bit difficult to get it on and it may be uncomfortable. I got an xs and I’m 5’2, 123 lbs (mostly muscle), 27/28 inch waist. I say try it because you may be surprised with the results☺️ **Something to keep in mind - some people will say waist training is “unhealthy” or “bad for your organs because it will shift it” but if you do your research, it isn’t bad if you use it the correct way. Know your measurements and get the right one instead of trying to squeeze yourself into a size that isn’t right. Once you get smaller, then move down sizes**
