When I first tried this on, it took a good minute. But you'll get use to it after a good while. I usually put powder on my mid section to help with the random itches waist trainers give you. Overall, this is the best waist trainer I have ever bought and I can't wait to start using it to work out. I highly recommend sticking with your true size so you can get the best results. Don't be discouraged because it runs small.

I purchase the wrong size but it looks just like the picture. It fit just right. I am buying another one very soon. love love love this waist trainer. I was able to wear it under my clothes and to work out on very comfortable.

I'm 5'7 and 214 pounds. I ordered and XL. THANK GOD lol cause I almost ordered a L. It was harder to put than I expected, but this is day two of wearing it and it's way easier to put on. It feels good on, it's pretty tight (as it should be) but it's not uncomfortable. I'll post an update after I start my diet and working out. So far so good though!

Love this waist trainer!! Well made and I wear mine every day. I have three of these.. Purple, black and blue.I'm 5'2 and weigh 127lb. The waist trainer could be an inch shorter but this seems to be a standard highth. Over time I've gotten used to wearing it every day. When you start waist training it takes a little to get use to. It needs to be tight but still be able to breath. I purchased a short torso waist trained and it was too short. Waist trainers really work and this one is my favoriteI Over the last 4 months I have started with a large and I was 22 pounds heavier. Fitbit with 15000 steps everyday and waist training along with eating healthy meals did it for me. I am 56yrs old and haven't felt so good in twenty years. I purchased a large then medium then a small. I use my medium to work out on the smallest hook. It also helps with my posture. Sure gives that hour glass figure . I'm addicted to my waist trainers. This waistrainer is the best one I have tried.

I would personally recommend this wasit trainer to anyone. I’m a small and after reading previous reviews I decided to go a size smaller so I got a XS.
