I'm 5'7 and I'm about 180 pounds. I usually wear size 11 in pants. I got a large and it fits me perfect! It's tight at the first row like it should be so I have the other two rows to go! It's a little difficult to get on and might take some getting use to!

I purchased this back in April. I started wearing it to bed on the largest hook. I wasn't consistent about wearing it every night. I have been dieting and working out but I definitely feel this has helped give me more an hourglass shape. I am now on the smallest hook!

I love mine! Sizing was a bit of an issue, but that was my own fault. I would say buy the size you normally would for a shirt. I typically buy larger because I don't like tight clothing and a large works great for me. Returns were amazing and shipping was always on time! I adore my waist trainer! It is cute and a real confidence booster! They are a little hard to get on by yourself, I suggest laying down to put them.

These really work!! Of course with the right diet, I rarely do anything other than ab exercises and this has still been working GREAT for me!! I got a size medium on the 24th, (started out with a waist of 30 inches) and I already had to size down to a small. I got my small waist trainer on Monday, and I'm already on the third hook! I'm not sure if it's just my body but i keep sizing down so quickly. It's not the most convenient financially, but it's worth it! I definitely recommend!!

I purchased one for myself, then after receiving it, purchased another for my Mom. We love it! Take measurements of yourself, use the sizing chart and you will get the product you're expecting and a great fit. Don't go based on your clothing size.

I absolutley LOVE this waist trainer! I should have gotten one size up from the Medium that I purchased but after 10 minutes of sucking in and maneuvering I managed to close this one up on the biggest set of hooks. I am 5'2 weigh 150lbs and have a short torso AND short legs and this was very comfortable. Many others are just way too long on me. Great purchase and amazing price!

I am happy with my waist trainer...LOVE IT ❤ I am 220lb with waist size 36-37 I order a size xl and it fit perfect I was worried about how it would fit but i was surprised,,,, the quality is thick and nice what you see is what you get.... If your waist is 38-40 then a size 2x will fit... I wait long for mine but it worth it with a smile
