first off I'm 5'7 153 lbs with a 29in waist I ordered a size medium. This waist trainer is amazing! I've had a few over the years, mostly just the zip ones that you can find in most stores. This is my first corset style trainer and so far it is amazing! It is very tight (but not uncomfortably so), and I'm wearing it on the first row of hooks so I have plenty of room for improvement. Let me just say if you have a short waist beware. This trainer is longer than I anticipated and it comes up to under my bra line, which I'm not complaining about seeing as that rarely happens for me usually they are to short. Definitely measure for you're correct size and don't try to guess.

I have to say i am impressed with the quality!! I was unshure on what size to get based on the reviews.. i am 5'6 and weight 160 lbs and i purchased a large. It fit great just on the last hooks so i can work my way up. If i would have gotten an xl it would have been too big for me. Hooe tjis helps.

Got mine and have worn it several days. While not noticing a lot of difference yet I have had less back pain. Love it! I ordered according to the size chart and I can fit it to the middle row already. Will order new ones as needed arrived quickly.

I got this in a medium and it arrived quickly. This is by far the best waist trainer I have bought since I started training!!! I have had it for a few weeks now. It is good-heavy-quality material, and the steel boning is perfect and holds the garment in place. Thank goodness there has not been any bone poking out like my last trainer. I will for sure size down to the small soon. :) You will not be disappointed!

I've just received my trainer & so I've only gotten to wear it once so far but wow! This material is heavy duty I've got a pouch from having 3 kids & it completely disappears with this on! & I tried it with shorts & a tank top & you can't tell you have it on. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone interested
