    I must say that when I got the product I Assumed it was to big . Boy was I wrong ! It fits great and It makes me look and feel amazing . It took me a week to decide to order it and I'm glad I did .

    I don't know a lot about waist trainers. But, this appears to be very well made. The value of this item is outstanding! I followed the size guide and it fits perfectly.

    So comfortable...after the first week im already going down in inches. I got the 3x im 5'3 215lbs...i started on the first row of clasps and im now on the second. So well made it really holds you in no bunching, rolling, poking none of that. It stays in place you can sit easily...it helps with posture and my boobs sit higher lol! I sweat lightly during my work day but its not even noticeable to me. I wear it also working out and i try to keep it on at least 15 hours of the day. The boning is flexible and not noticeable under clothing unless you wear tight fitting tops.

    I ordered a medium corset and it fit great. I'm 5'3, 140, 29 inch waist, long torso. I was only able to latch the first hook on day one and it's now day 5 and I can latch the second hook! I do workout 4 days a week with two days of heavy cardio (30 minutes of stairs this week) so keep that in mind. Faster results if you incorporate some cardio! Love working out in this waist trainer.

    Third time is a charm....I am 5'7 and weigh 190lbs. at the moment. I am a size 12 in pants and a large in tops (38D bra). I have a muscular build but from having kids then gaining weight after a spinal injury/surgery I carry most of my weight in my belly area. I read through many reviews and decided to purchase a large...haha WAY too small. Even if I sucked it in as much as possible I couldn't even fasten one hook. Then I took the recommendations of the size chart in the images and purchased a XXXXL as per my measurements...WAY to large. I could easily put it on the tightest hooks with room to spare. Luckily returns were free! I then decided to split the difference and got an XXL. PERFECTION! It is a bit tight on the largest hooks but not uncomfortably tight...it fits the way it is supposed to. I am still losing weight and should be able to continue wearing this for a while. It not only smooths out my belly area but doubles as a back support. Unlike other waist trainers this one doesn't buckle when I sit and helps to keep my posture. If anything changes or if it stretches out I will try to update my review but right now I'm a happy customer!

    Fits perfect (I do suggest you follow the measurement guide, I almost bought the wrong size based on my t-shirt size). The quality is great. It's very comfortable. Overall very happy with my purchase.

    My waist is considered a x-large by measurements but I still went up to a large. Upon arrival the material looks and feels of high quality. After wearing it for the past 3 days I have already noticed the change it has made on reducing my waist size. I'm loving the product and look forward to see more results! Thank you
