It is made very well. I am 5'9 150 lbs very athletic I got the med. and it fits tightly but isn't that the point? It is on its on the last clips so I know when I get into the wear and training of it I'll be able to get it tighter. I stand at work so it gives a ton of support and I also use it for hiking with a weighted pack for added support. I highly suggest this!

I love the way it fits! It arrived on time and the material is great. It's snug on the first set of hooks so I can't wait to see results that allow me to make it tighter. I use it to work out in and it allows me to keep my back straight and stomach in. Great product!

Oh my I'm in love!! I will be wearing this all the time now!! It's absolutely fantastic! It's a little loose up top even cranked tight as it can go, which is ok, it's my love handles that really need taming! I am 5'5 and 140 lbs and I ordered a medium. I am able to cinch it completely (fairly easily) the first time I put it on. And like I said the top is completely loose under my bust, but being as all bodies are different I'm not too bummed. I'm really quite impressed!! I figure I will wear this for a couple weeks and then try the small that is already on its way!!

I was kind of skeptical because I wasn't too sure on what size to get. So I just went 2 sizes up , normally in shirts a large or XL but I prefer large so I got the 2x it came in 2 days and IMMEDIATELY tried it on and loved it. It was kinda a struggle to get it on but I got it on and I still could breathe and do things as if I didn't have it on. Today I believe is day 6 and I'm already on my second hook & I don't work out . I will be ordering a size down when this one gets too big

Had to return the small for a medium as there was not an accurate size chart online. They have since updated the size chart and the medium fit great. So far the product is working and also helps your lower back. I sit all day and this really improves the posture to eliminate the lower back pain. Great product!!

I've owned several waist cinchers in the past, and this one is very sturdy! I'm 5'4 , about 140lb, and I got a size small. It fits perfectly. I'm already on the middle set of hooks.

Alright people. I know you've probably been searching a lot on amazon trying to find the right waist trainer and one that going to fit right for you. From previous ones I've owned, this by far is the best. As long as you measure yourself and read off the chart in the pictures. It will fit as expected. If you usually by stuff in medium don't just pick that, make sure you read the chart. I love the color choices, and this is super comfortable material! If you have been looking for something like this, look no more. Excellent product, quality, and performance.
