Tip #1. Please do your measurements & Tip #2. Order a size or two small!
I am NOT and I mean NOT a waist trainer kind of girl but I have goals to accomplish and gave in! I initially did my measurements and ordered an 2xl but it fit too perfect to the point that the purpose of it was defeated. So PLEASE BE SURE TO ORDER A SIZE OR TWO SMALLER OF THE MEASUREMENTS YOU GET. Other than that the quality is great and it is very comfortable to wear which was shocking because waist trainers are not comfortable but this one is comfortable yet it gets the job done! I wear it to the gym only.

I am 4'11 152lb and I ended up reordering this product in Medium.

I just received this waist trainer. I love it. It makes my curves look just right. I am 152lbs 5'2 and I got a medium. It was just the right size to get for my body. I got it to help along with my fitness and weight loss journey. I can't wait to see what it does. I highly recommend this product.

When I purchased this, it was a little too small, but I started going to the gym & now that I've shed enough pounds, I was able to hook it on. Automatically gave me the hourglass slimming look. Can't wait to see prolonged results.

I have always wanted a corset and now thanks to this company i got more than i expected. I am 5'4 and I weigh 118. I wasn't sure what size to order, so I read all the reviews and was able to get an idea of what to order. I ordered a size small just to be safe. It fit me really nice and I can't wait to clip it to the third row of clips. I am excited to see the end product. I would recommend this product to others.

Great product and I love it! My only suggestion is that if you are between sizes on the sizing chart and you want a tighter fit to go one size down. I am personally used to wearing heavy steal boned corsets, that is why I make the suggestion of going down a size. However, if you are new to waist training/have never worn a corset before then go with the sizing chart size, as the sizing chart is accurate and mine fits great!

LOVE, LOVE!! I have been wearing this for three weeks now and it helps with my posture and you definitely feel a difference! I started on the first hook and have advanced to the third one even placed an order for a size smaller! it is discrete enough to wear at work and actually comfortable material but still strong enough to suck it all in. Delivery was fast two days with prime! Best $20 I've ever spent! even bought one for my sister that just had a baby she loves it!

Follow their guidelines and don't order off of your normal size. The reviewers that say to do so are wrong!! Order by there size chart. Otherwise the material is good, the stitching is great. Good product.

Love it！I'm 4'10 and 110 lbs. I bought the x-small, I was really nervous that it was not going to fit but it's perfect. The material is really good and it doesn't feel cheap.

I love this waist trainer! It isn't uncomfortable at all and I am already seeing a small difference in my waistline! (I am also dieting) I would suggest this waist trainer to anyone. My only negative is that if you don't have it on tight enough it will wiggle up as the day goes along. However that just means that it is working and you have to go to the next set of clasps.

I was so skeptical about getting a waist trainer but boy am I glad I got it! I got an XL which came with 3 hooks! Amazing! And I can breathe in it lol. Definitely would recommend.
