I am 5'6 I weigh 154 and my waist is a 29 so I got a medium but I can already go to the last hook no problem I'm not sure if it's too big or if I should keep it

I am really happy about it. I was going to order a $60 one but i ended up getting this one and im so happy i did. The material is very thick it doesnt feel cheep at all. The size chart told me to get xl but i got a medium my waist measurement was 36 and im so glad i got a medium it was a little hard to get it on but not bad at all it feels really comfortable on the first hook i highly recommend this

I used the size chart provided by the seller and it fits great. I only wear it a couple hours out of the day in conjunction with diet and exercise to lose some weight. The waist trainer forces me to contract my abdominal muscles and I can definitely feel it in my core by the time I take it off. After a few weeks I've lost a couple inches from my waist so I'm getting ready to order the next size smaller as the one I have is not nearly as snug as it was at first. Overall, I'm digging it.

This was my first waist trainer and it was definitely a great purchase....Fits great and is super comfortable...I probably could have ordered a size smaller but when this one is too big I will definitely buy another one of these....

I'm giving this product 5 stars because of the texture of the material but I have to return it because it was too short for my torso I'm 5.4 and 165lb the size was perfect but as I said it was too short

Really nice quality corset. I would order your normal shirt size and fit it accordingly. There are three prongs for adjusting to your body and perfect fit. Nicely packaged and feels expensive.

I love this waist trainer! I have been wearing it since I got it, and it fits perfectly! I ordered a medium and it fits great by the 2nd clasps! Wearing it when I eat helps me eat less, and it improves my posture! I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a good waist trainer !
