I read the reviews before I purchased to get an idea on the sizing. I'm 5'9 150lbs and I got the medium. When I first put it on, it fit tight on my lower waist and huge on my upper waist right under my chest. I saw many people post the same problem. I realized the wide part under my chest is supposed to be on my hips and low. When I turned it upside down, it fit perfect!!!!

Perfect! It fits well but is breathable. The stretchy fabric makes it easy to move in and comfortable. It feel like really good construction and has good weight to it.
only con/pro? if you feel claustrophobic or anything it takes a second to take off, some things with clips like this you can spring off several hooks at once, this one does not-but thats kinda a pro because it means while putting it on it doesn't unhook easily.

If you use their size chart you will find that the product fits as expected. I used a string and ruler to help measure my waist to be sure I got the right size. I wear it to the gym every day during my cardio session to help get the fat off my mid section. So far so good.

I have to say the quality of this product is very high and exactly what I expected. I measured myself before I ordered but I may have not taken the correct measurements. I am 5'6 120 lbs. I am usually a small/medium and I ordered Med, will be getting the Small for better fit!

I've tried SO many different waist trainers and most of them from the places on instagram either run really really small or the material is super uncomfortable. So I came to amazon and ordered this one in a 2x seeing as I'm 5 3 187lbs. It came in 2 days and immediately I love it. I realized I ordered it kind of big so I started on the second row of hooks... It's now almost a week later and I'm already on the last hooks and about to order the extra large so I can continue.these are literally the best waist trainers out there and they're super affordable

Love the product. It is very comfortable and feels great to your back. No ordered mine (medium) based off of size chart and it is very large around the bust area and fits on the first one in the mid section and hips so I needed a small or even an xs I am 5 4 and 130 lbs. I did order a smaller size and now can't wait to receive item.

It works wonders. I've had for almost 3 weeks. I started the first row for the first week, then the middle row, and now I'm on the last row. I wear it all day at work which it is 8-10 hours. I try to eat healthy and exercise. And I do see a difference. I bought a large and I'm 5'1 and 160lbs. Now I'm going to buy a medium size.
