Got this thing after seeing a video about waist training. I was very interested in trying it. So, i decided on this particular one beciase it looked so nice in the pics and there were so many color choices. I ended up going with the same color as the one pictured. I lime it so much thougb, that when I get the next size down I may get a different color. The material is very soft. I seriously cannot believe just how comfortable it is. Wven though it is firmly holding everything in it is still comfortable somehow. This teainer has three different sets of eye hoops and hook. This was definitely worth what I paid and then some.

My mistake I ordered a size too small. I ordered a medium based off of people saying the corsets run large. I'm about 5'4 and 180lbs, so I'll be ordering a large this time. :) very nice quality item!

I really like this waist trainer! when I first got it I thought there was no way this thing would fit me! But after a few tugs, I was able to get it on and it flexed pretty well to my body shape. I only wear it for about 3-4 hours at a time. Product seems like it's made from a really good material!

I'm 5'7 & 142 lbs., I wear 28 -29 jeans. I bought the small & am very pleased with the fit & quality of this waist trainer. The material is durable & the hooks are heavy duty.
I started out on the very outside hooks 5 days ago when I received it & today I was able to comfortably move in to the next row. This item shipped right away & I received it within 3 days of ordering with FREE shipping.

I would highly recommend this product. I ordered a large which is my usual shirt size and it fit perfectly. Now the first day I did need some assistance putting it on lol. It was very tight and uncomfortable. However, the way it made me look in my clothes was way worth it. I was on the first hook for about 5 days and then before I knew it I could reach the second hook. In less than a week I had lost an inch off my waist and could start to tell the difference in my body. I am going to continue to waist train everyday wearing the corset for at least 8 hours and eating healthier, and working out. Hopefully I get the results I'm hoping for. Wish me luck:)

I just got this in the mail and it came pretty quickly so I really like that . Seriously I opened the package and put it on I'm really excited about this ! The quality is the same as $50 $60 ones I have found other places. And it feels very comfortable. The whole reason I got this is because I have scoliosis so I need something to help keep my back straight when I'm working out or just working. It is very stiff and keeps me standing straight so it's perfect for me. I guess if your looking for something a little more flexible this might not be for you. I'm 5'4 and about 155lbs and I got a medium and I'm on the first set of hooks. It's not breath taking tight but it's definitely snug so I know it won't start slipping down or pop hooks . Honestly this feels grate Iv had it on all day just to test it out and I will forget I have it on Untill I go to sit down or something. Great product really excited to take this to the gym. With my job I know if it will hold up at work it will hold up at the gym. Honestly might buy another just to have a second on hand since I think I will be using this a lot !!!

I was skeptical at first, I always hear both good and bad things about waist trainers. After searching Amazon for hours for a waist trainer that didn't cost over $30 AND had good reviews I came across this one. I decided to take the plunge and ordered it in a size medium, for reference I am 5 8 150 pounds. It came nicely packaged and at first I was worried it would be too small but it is perfect, just the right size. It really does make a difference on my body shape and has motivated me to go and workout (also eat healthier!) more. This is my first trainer ever so I'd say this is a pretty good starter one. My only complaint is it doesn't keep my back as straight as I'd like as the boning is a tad bit bendy but other than that it's a very very nice one.

The quality of this trainer is amazing, I'm tall and it fits my whole torso, it instantly gives you the hour glass shape, and shipping was fast. As far as helping you lose inches I'll update on that
