I love the shaper , it's not super uncomfortable like others that I've tried . I sometimes even wear it on a regular. Also when I wrap myself under it , it doesn't feel any different. I've noticed slight lil changes and I've only had it for about 2 weeks now . Shipping was fast!!

I just got mine in the mail n I threw it on. I am soooo in love. I bought a large in the camouflage. It's super comfy the only issue is that it might be a bit big but I'm not returning it. Ordering a medium next.

giving this product 5 stars, i like how you can adjust how tight you want it to be & its also comfortable.. You can even workout in it. even though I don't see an hour glass shape in seconds as its stated I'm not disappointed because in reality this may take a few weeks.

This is a great quality item. I am 5'5 126lbs and ordered the small. I have used it a couple of times during workouts and it does a good job at supporting the back. I like the color options and quality of the belt. Time will tell if it helps but I'm sure I will be wearing it for a long while.

I've had a lot of lower back pain and I wanted something to keep my posture while sitting (sitting hurts my lower back more, but what can you do?). Back braces can be very uncomfortable if you are wearing them all the time, but this is the opposite. It is very flexible but stiff at the same time, and is comfortable enough to wear to sleep. It has given me huge relief with my lower back.

Update: check this out guys... I did a DEXA* body scan before I started wearing this, and a DEXA body scan less than a month after wearing this. I was not expecting to get a smaller waist because I wasn't wearing it a lot. I would mostly put it on when my back starts to hurt after sitting for too long, or after a hard workout and I need it to stabilize my back when I sleep. Anyway, look at the before and after pictures in just 3 weeks. Maybe it was because I am trying to cut BF% and am working out, maybe it's because this contraption is working. Note that I did lose 1% BF in the second scan. Look at the picture though- a bunch of fat has been pushed down from my waist down to my thighs. So there you go...proof that it works!

This product is a true snatcher. The first day it was unbarably too tight but today it's a lot better. It gives that hour glass shape. This is just my second day wearing it and I can already tell it's a solid product. I'm 5'7 and weight 205 and I ordered a large. I would recommend a large for anyone around the same height and weight because it gives you room to make it tighter as your tummy flattens. So far I love it. Great buy!

I wear a size 12 im 5'2 and am 185lbs i went by the sizeing chart and ordered a XL. I have a short torso and it fits great. this is my first training belt and to be honest i wasnt all that sure about it i really did know what to expect but i love it so far. um The two strap that come from behind i think are suppose to velco on top of each other but i feel thats just a little to tight so i just velco them lined up together i have large boobs and if i wear it velcoed on top of one another it pinches me underneath my boobs.I have to kinda play with it for a minute or so to get it the way i feel best in it. Um the Only thing i dont like is you wont be able to wear it under form fitting shirts. but under tee-shirts your good. i also wear a sweat belt underneath mine to help with weight loss while im training as well.

I have tried other waste trainers this is by far the best overall. I can wear it all day under my clothes and during workouts and It's very comfortable. I'm going to also order the black when it comes back in stock.
