I got a 4x in 2017 and it fir too small. I had a baby in 2020 started wearing it again maybe I'm just shaped differently now but it fits good. And I'm going down a size. I have great support.

I am a 40D and had to get the 3X just so I could wear it. I have to still zip it and THEN slip it over my head just so I can put it on. I got the 4x first and it was way too big, so returned it at Kohl’s and got the 2x that was way too small, so then got the 3X and it fits great! I’m only 5’ tall with an extremely short torso and I have a fupa, walking and wearing it I can keep it around my lower stomach but when I run it hikes up like crazy but I just pull it down. The sweat vests I love the best because I’ve lost 33 lbs working out with one, well that and a complete food lifestyle change but still, this helps me target my back fat too.

I just had a baby and wanna do everything I can to shed this weight off! I’m 260 lbs and 5’1. I bought the 5xl based on my measurements and it fits so well. I saw many Facebook groups namedrop this company and gave it shot. I love it so far. Haven’t worked out in it but I can tell it supports well, I’m not even wearing a bra. Can’t wait to see results.

I love this! I am 5'3 185lbs i have love handles for days as well as a hanging belly. I ordered the xxl an it fits great an still with room to adjust as i start to slim down! I have always had trouble finding a waist trainer that picks my hamging belly up this one does it all! So comfy am super cute win win!

I ordered it 2 days ago and it arrived really fast. I'm a 170 pounds, small breast and the medium fits just fine. I love that it straightens out my back since I'm trying to correct my posture.

The vest fits perfectly, and it’s very comfortable. I received it today and I’ve already used it. I have order waist trainers from this company and I’m always satisfied with their products. I ordered down in my size and I’m glad I did! I’m 5”6” weight 225 my waist is 69 inches I wear a size 40 D bra. I hope my measurements help someone else out. I’ll probably have to purchase a smaller size soon. I purchased a size xxl, but I think I should’ve ordered down one more size.

5'7 and weigh 324lbs. I ordered the 5xl and was expecting to have to return this for it not fitting. However it does fit!!! I've only worn it for about 5 hours while doing my shopping but oh my goodness it really makes you sweat! I am beyond happy with this purchase and can't wait to see what happens with it.

I was a little concerned with all the reviews about sizes but decided to get a 5XL so I can adjust to the size I need. I'm 286LBS and wear a 40DD. This is extremely comfortable as well and I started sweating immediately. Can't wait until the Velcro stops showing and I can get a size down. Will definitely be buying more.

Size: 4XBreast size: 38 H6ft tallSo far, this has 5 stars from me overall! Per the advice from most other reviews, I sized up because of my large breasts. I was afraid I'd pop the zipper when I first put this on, but after I was able to zip up and adjust, I was fine. This holds them in great while doing cardio. You will sweat lots, so it serves its purpose very well! As for the things I will critique; this came having an awful smell. I had to air it out for a bit before I could tolerate the smell. I've noticed some other clothing from China having this smell over the last couple of years. I'm not sure if it's a flame retardant or something, but I've definitely noticed a strong smell coming from clothes when I purchase online. I wish the belt part went down lower. I have a very long torso and am 6 ft tall, so that probably won't be a problem for most women. The only other word of caution, is to make sure you place all of the velcro on the belt. At first, I had it where the velcro was hanging off a bit, and the velcro is so strong that it damaged my bottoms. I've only used this for one workout so far, so if there's any problems that come up, I'll mention it in an edit. Overall, I'd highly recommend this! I'd suggest looking through the pictures to find someone that is shaped similar to you, so that you get the proper size. I would have definitely gotten the wrong size if I didn't look through so many reviews and pics.Best of luck working out and sweating off those pounds!!!

I love this product 😍. I wasn't expecting much when I ordered this but my mind was blown when I put it on. it fit amazingly and it works spectacularly! I wear a Size 5X when it comes to clothing for my top half And this just fit perfectly!I'm going to order 2 more and in 2 different colors I can't wait to see how this works and affects me in the long run! ☺I definitely suggest you try out this product for yourself if you're looking for sauna or sweat outfits, because so far this company, in my opinion, is the best!

This was a good investment! It’s comfy and helps me sweat during walking and working out.. runs small I’m normally a 2x in shirts but I ordered the 5x and it fits but is slight snug my goal is to be able to see no Velcro when fastening it by the end of the year.

I love it! It's a little snug up top but if I would have gone bigger it wouldn't work. It fit better without a bra but do not feel very supported so ill wear a sports one.I love the little pocket inside also. I am 5ft 1in, 165 lbs and size 38DD and got an XL and I'm happy with it.

I ordered the 4X because I wanted to make sure I had enough room yet make sure it was snug enough. I just had VSG surgery and used to be a size 20 in torrid jeans. I say used to because I have not worn any jeans since surgery and I have lost 47 pounds. If I had to guess I am about a 16/18 now. I went down from a 3X to a 1X to 2X. I was looking for a lot of reviews when I ordered this because I wanted to make sure I did not order the wrong size. I love this thing I worked out with it in 90 degree heat it actually held in a lot of my sweat so I wasn't sweating all over the place which I liked that.. it gives good support like a sports bra ...I even wear around the house so I could use it as a waist trimmer.. it's true to size as far as fit I'm 5 7 and weigh 150 lbs I got a size small however I don't have large breasts and if my breasts were a little bigger I would probably want to go up a size

I ordered a 2x based on reviews. I normally wear a large. However it fits great and very comfortable and great to work out in.

Just opened and tried the suit on and it’s amazing it’s very comfortable and the fabric is breathable. I will say my boobs are big so i has to squeeze the girls in but once i finally got it zipped up there was not problem.

Sizing is true to fit. If you are between sizes, get the larger. I did not get the larger but still fits good. This is a 3XL. I have used my vest (with or without bra w/comfort and support. I am a 42 DD) for a couple weeks now and I have shed a couple inches WITHOUT excessive exercise. Simply wearing while running errands, house work, etc. The plastic smell of the vest is strong but slowly fades. I absolutely love it.
