This is super hard to pull up but WOW, does it do the job! Tucks ans smooths my stomach and the straps help make sure it doesn’t fall.

I don’t know how any woman who said that they are size 120 can put on a medium and be comfortable! I’m one 116pds and I got the the XL. It was tight but it was still comfortable the only problem I have is the straps dug into my shoulders. Love that you have to pinch a few buttons then zip it up- that was when wearing a tight dress the pincher parts wont show! Greatest part is the crotch area just has a hole instead of pinchers ! So you can actually maybe put underwear over it and when you need the bathroom you could just take the underwear off and not bother with taking it off.

Fit like the gloves you'd worn as a kid. Incredibly snug, get this at least two sizes larger than usual. I'm five foot seven inches tall and 193 lbs. I stretched out in my bed in order to simply snap and zip...took me 38 minutes to get into it...Worth every grueling second. Getting one for each day!

GOT THIS FOR MY WIFE!!! She says, it fits great except for my butt cheeks doesnt really hold them up since i don't have much junk back there it almost like flattens the top part of my butt, the problem is that the short underwear part is way too short so it doesn't hold anything up I got a small size and its a good tight not too tight. im 5,2 i weight 165.

I'm 5'1 136lbs I wear a Med and ordered a Med
I lost some weight and a friend suggested a waist trainer. I used to buy a size smaller because they would stretch out but, since I havn't worn one in a long time I ordered a medium. I'm glad I did, no way in hell would i fit in a small. I like the material not to thick and not to thin. The shoulder straps are thick and comfortable and keep in from rolling down. It wasnt too bad to get in, I had to lay down and shoved my fat inside. Once on I had a muffin top on my back eww. But, I had extra material bunched up in the middle so I used a trick my Aunt told me : while standing I leaned forward half way like I was going tie my shoe without bending my legs I pushed some more of my fat in and pulled up the front as much as I could and its pulled up. I couldn't push the back up by my own so I needed my hubby to help pull it up then, I adjusted the straps and back fat gone. If you plan on using it for a special occasion you should probably wear it around for a couple days before to stretch it out a little. The crotch area can get uncomfortable if worn for a long time and but it's a thong and a girdle so its expected.
For me who hasn't worn one a long time made me look too skinny in the waist . I always have a muffin top because of my jelly belly so it was too obvious that I was wearing something underneath. Also I have wide shoulders so it gave me more of a football player look. Not the shapers fault I'm just built different i have no butt or hips. But in jean's and a looser top it looked fine. Just need to get used to seeing myself with a smaller waist.
Wearing this thing might help me lose even more weight when I eat, it makes me feel full way faster. I will definitely buy more in this size and I'm going to order a couple in size large so I can wear one while working out or doing housework and have a more relaxed.
All the negative reviews almost made me not want to buy this but Im glad I did.

OMG this is the BEST body shaper I've ever had. Talk about snatched?! I am gonna be so fierce when I go out. I wanna tell my friends....but then again I don't, I just might keep it my little secret, lol. I am 4'11, 165 lbs and I purchased the black thong shaper in large. It was perfect. It took some work to get on of course but once I got it on, it was comfortable and looked great. I plan to purchase about 2 more. It's too good of a shaper to only have 1.

The quality is unbelievable. I tried two others and they were not even close to this one. All these ladies are for real when they say don't waste your time or money on cheaper garments. Save and spend the extra 20 bucks for this thing. I am a size large and got a large. But if you can handle the struggle go one size down for that extra slimming look. I'm 157 5ft4

Looks and feels great! Pretty comfortable. The zipper is sort of weird and bulky when you sit down but not bad. I usually wear a large and I ordered an XL.

This shapewear is sturdy. Most of my body fat is around my middle and this shaper holds me in really nicely and gives an hourglass shape to my hips. I have high hips and a tendency to muffin top but this shaper just rounds everything up. Looks wonderful beneath a bodycon dress and doesn't create any bulging at the back. While difficult to pull on at first, once it's in place it's quite easy to clip up and zip. Compared to another shaper I have, I like the bottom part of this one most. It doesn't create any visible lines over the butt, doesn't push it down or lift. Because of the way it rounds my hips, when viewed from the back I no longer have a square butt but a heart shaped one which is a huge plus for me. On the downside, it's hard to breathe in so I might have some issues wearing it for a longer time.
