  I really liked this, it fit very nicely and gave my waist really nice definition, the material was nice and smooth and the structure and stitching of the cincher seemed good quality. The only reason I am sending it back is because I need something longer for my wedding dress to hold in my pooch. I'll order this again in the future though and next time it will be black!

  It fits a little snug for a little snug for a large but it just makes me want to loose the weight even more faster to really see the results of it fitting a little loosely. When I worked out it had me drenched with sweat.

  I am 5’10 and wear a size 22-24 in pants I ordered a 6x and fits great. Bought it to fit my long torso and holds in back fat and everything although it does give a “puffed up” look where it stop around my bust but in all happy with this product!

   Always a good idea to get hook and eyes because you will lose weight and need to change sizes. I bought a small and it works since I am able to choose between the 3 rows. Love the three options and the Velcro belt addition is awesome too. A little long and cuts into my pelvis but love it otherwise. Makes a great figure too! Just an FYI - waist trainers work when you WORK OUT. I suggest buying a sweet sweat or heating gel/lotion, applying it to your tummy and hips and then put the wrap over it before you workout. You’ll see a difference!
