  I am literally laid out on the gym floor right now! Normally I do 30 minutes on the treadmill to jumpstart my workouts (I normally don’t sweat during this time).........well........I was on the treadmill for FOURTEEN minutes!!! Yes 14 minutes and I’m sweating like CRAZY lol needless to say I am done for today lmao, but I think this vest will really work!!! Anything that will take these love handles away is a miracle sent DIRECTLY by God #FingersCrossed As far as the fit......I want to say this is a medium.....it fit kind of small I guess you can say, but I wouldn’t have ordered any larger! It’s perfect for me!

  I love this so much. I’ve never worn shape wear like this before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. This smoothes my body out in all the right places. I went back and got another one bc I loved how good it made me look and feel.

  Wow! I just got this today and put it on. I’m 5’6, 135lbs. Got a medium. It’s very tight on the last set of clasps but feels great. Im excited to wear it!

  I have a size 28 waist which is a medium, and the corset fits well. It really gives you that hourglass shape. It is also not visible under your clothing. At first I had to get use to the boning, but now it is better. The only problem I have is that my torso is short, so when I am driving, I have unbutton the top three hooks. Sometimes I just leave them unbutton and I still look cinched. In all, it does a great job

  LOVE this. Fits comfortably after 1 or 2 wears. I bought the size down from what I am because I'm using it as I'm losing weight. Had I bought my size then sure, it would have held me in alright and probably looked good, but ultimately I'm TRAINING my waist. In the product description, it states please measure your waistline before order, and choose the corset size 3 -4 inches smaller than your natural waistline. , and that's true if you're truly training your waist to be smaller and/or losing weight like myself. The first couple times I wore it, I kept it on for about 4 hours and it felt like it was squeezing the burps out of me, but not so uncomfortable that I couldn't wear it. Sure it's an exercise in and of itself to get it on, but the results are worth it. Love that it will last me awhile as I lose weight by using the graduated eye-hooks to go smaller. The amount of bonings in it are helpful, but the more the better in my opinion. I just wish this version had as many boning strips as the latex breathable - if they ever make it that way, I'll definitely buy it!!! The latex is decent, don't get me wrong, but when wearing all day at work, you're more likely to sweat - not what you want in the office. Wearing latex version at the gym under clothes and sweating is perfect. All in all a great purchase!

  Works great but tight! I guess that's what it's suppose to be like. I ordered a medium first and that was too small. I am 5'7 and 150 pounds with a somewhat athletic build. Go up a size!

  USED IT ON TOP OF MY CHEAP GOLDS GYM WALMART WAIST TRAINER FOR FULL COVERAGE! My only complaint is I wish it was longer to cover my whole torso, muffin top and underboob/back fat at the same time. Either way, decent for the price. As good as other brands I've tried for at least twice as much! It holds well too! Had it on for 4 hours while standing, walking, bending, and squatting and it was comfortable the whole time. The last one I bought had this crappy underwire in it that poked me, as if I didn’t get enough of that from my bra!!!! This one is awesome!
