I was hesitant to purchase this waist trainer based on some negative reviews but i decided to try it anyway and im glad i did! Im 188 Ibs , 38 waist, 39 hip 43 bust, i ordered Large fits like a glove. This is my first waist trainer so im glad i had a good shopping experience :)

This is a WONDERFUL waist trainer. I've purchased a few and my wait has gotten smaller of course. I was skeptical about the zipper at first because I thought it might snap while zipping it up but this puppy has been fighting an amazing fight with my relentless belly fat! Don't hesitate ladies, give it a try. I use my during workouts but I'm sure it could be used all day.

In real life, I wear a medium. But when compared to the measurments, I should be wearing a XXL. with a 31in waist, I don't think so. So I ordered a large, and it was snug. I can breathe, but there's definitely no slouching allowed! Would I order again? Absolutely!

This is a great waist trainer I must say!!! I have had many weight trainers but this one is by far the BEST! It is made with some great materials! I can wear it all day and it do not fold down at all! I am 5 6 and I weight about 175 lbs and I ordered a large and it was a perfect fit.

I'm 5'6 and 192 pounds and I usually wear a L but I went 2 sizes up. Definitely a good product to purchase if you don't want to pay for the $150 real one. Came in 2 days fast shipping ! But it did rip. So don't wear it everyday like I did.
