I purchased my first one in Large in August 2020, during that time I was working out maybe 4 times a week. I was eating pretty okay. I purchased my second one in Medium in December of 2020, it was kind of tight at first and hard to breathe lol. I was doing mostly cardio, running a mile in the morning on most days. I wasn't eating the best because it was winter and food is good. It is now April of 2020 and I think it's time to get a Small. This one is really loose on the lower belly, still a little snug in the ribs. But, this waist trainer is really good for this low price. Of course be smart when wearing it. I can sleep in it some days and wake up.I had spine surgery and it helped me out alot with support during working out. It also hides well under a lot of different clothing. I'm 5'1 between 157-160 lbs

It did not come to play lol. I have no more Fupa just a bit of muffin on the top. Overall it held me in and I felt great. It is a struggle getting it on because it’s absolutely latex. I love it will definitely order the smaller size when I lose the pounds. I’m 5’5” and 208 pounds after baby and it’s a size 2xl

I absolutely LOVE this waist trainer! In 3 weeks I'm down 2 inches. It's a slow process but this is super comfy I wear it 8 hrs plus, at work where I'm constantly bending, reaching, lifting and moving around, I usually don't start feeling discomfort until well over the recommended max of 8 hr use. I will be sizing down soon. I bought a small and I'm 5'4 150lbs waist was 32 starting out don't be fooled and think you have to follow the charts every time I did it was too big and useless in my eyes. I highly recommend this brand.

I am 5'6, 130 pounds, I got a medium, I think I should easily fit on a small, it gives my body the hour glass shape, I love it, it also helps me with my posture and my back pain, I have worn it for a couple of days now and I absolutely adore it, I will definitely purchase the small one.

Best waist trainer I’ve tried so far and I’ve tried a few.

This is one of the bead waist trainers I own. Very comfortable. Normally I can only keep the trainers on for a few hours because the wires begin to hurt. This one is easy to move in doesn't rise up and down or does on the top or bottom and looks amazing.

This product was a great buy!!! Based on the size chart I didn't think the biggest size would even fit but I bought anyway knowing my weight loss goals would allow me to fit the product soon enough. When I received the waist trainer, it was a bit snug but it smoothed me out PERFECTLY!! After wearing them consistently over the last couple of weeks, I can already tell I have lost inches and the trainer is fitting a bit looser. Now I will need to order to get a smaller size. I'm definitely going to continue using this product until my waist is SNATCHED!!!!

I love the fact that it shape well and I can wear it with everything but my only problem is because it pushes the fat on my Back in top of the waist trainer it’s kind of bad but as soon as I put a jacket on , it’s not that obvious anymore. I’m wearing it on my picture
