I'm so obsessed with this waist cincher, it's great for trying to lose weight and give you the hourglass figure without working out. You can feel it squeezing all your fat and keeping your waist nice and tight. It's great to start off using it for 2 hours a day and work your way up. I love how it comes with 3 different hooks so once you're use to one size you can keep tightening it up. The quality is nice you feel it working, the colors are beautiful too so many to choose from.
