I would personally recommend this wasit trainer to anyone. I’m a small and after reading previous reviews I decided to go a size smaller so I got a XS.

I really loved and recommend.
I’m using every day. It’s perfect.
It's the best I've ever had, I use it at school, at work, and no one to know.
I already lost 4cm in 1 week and a half.
I hope it lasts a long time.
I wear medium size clothing, I bought M.
It's perfect to my body.
I thought about buying Small, but I think it wouldn’t fit, but in a few months I want S, but I have to use it every day, otherwise the size will not decrease.
I bought another before that of another brand and gave me allergy, my skin is sensitive to some tissues, but that didn’t give me allergy.

I love this waist trainer! It is the first I have ever bought. Very comfortable, but was tight at first and a struggle to get on (as it should be)! My waist is a 32-33, I am 5’5 & 145 lbs. I decided to get a size small. It was the right decision, it sculpts my waist how I want and is barely noticeable unless I am wearing tight or cropped clothes. I have worked out in it too, I would recommend just doing cardio in it on the loosest rings.

Recently got a tummy tuck so I needed something to help shape my new stomach and waist. My abdominal size is 38 after tuck and 42 before. I bought an XL. I'm able to get to third row but the only thing I don't like is it buckles in the back. It makes it very uncomfortable at times. It doesn't slide or buckle in from so I'm gonna keep it for now. Maybe I should've gotten it a size larger.

Update: I've since changed my review of this product because I learned how to use it properly. I've have included before and after pics. Waist trainer is on first set of hooks. As my waist slims, I'll move to the second set and so forth until I move to the next size down.

This product is a great fit and very well made! The size chart tells the actual measurements of the waist trainer, not your waist (so plan accordingly) :)

Wow I'm so impressed with this waist trainer. The material is so strong! My last one died out on me in only a few months. This one I can tell will last a long time. I ordered a size medium. My measurements are 38-30-40 and I weigh 140lbs. I usually wear a large in shirts because I like a looser feel. With this I ordered a size smaller than I normally would have. It was a slightly difficult to put on but really not that bad. Once it's on it feels great. Love the color. Fits perfect and I have e room for progress! Definitely worth buying.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this waist trainer. I'm not going to lie you will lose your breath trying to put it on the 1st couple times but it's worth it and you still can breathe lol. Ive only been using it for a weak and already see a change. Believe I lost 1 to 2 inches!! I bought a xl but I believe it'll work with any size. Will continue to buy as I get smaller!

I love this waist trainer, I was previously using a zipper one and it wasn't doing much for me but this one makes me sweat like crazy when I work out and it is really comfortable, I even wear it to bed. I am already losing some inches and recommend it to anyone trying to lose weight and get that curvy look (the sizing is pretty dead on) (also please ignore the messy room in the picture lol

Love this waist trainer. Is soft and very confortable and is very afordable. Is a must buy. I order a medium. Im in the first row right now. I been wearing it for a week. I love how it snuggs my love handels and healps me with my posture. My back dosent hurt anymore.

Love this waist trainer, I've used it for 3 weeks and I've already lost 1 1/2 inch off my waist! I work sitting down on a computer all day and it has helped me to keep a better posture and reduce back pain :) 2 cons for me...I'm 5'5 128 pounds, I bought a small and i'm already needing a smaller size and they don't have any smaller sizes :( also, if you wear it for too long it can hurt your skin, but if your willing to bear the torture it's great!

I've had this waist trainer for a week and it's great! I try to wear it everyday even just for a couple hours if I can. I've been wearing it when I clean or do housework, when I walk my dog, and whenever I work out. I ordered mine in a medium (I'm 5'3 125 lb) and it fits snug but just right. The material is good quality, and I like the ribbing on it. I'm on the middle row so far. I'm excited to see the results!
