Just received my waist trainer a couple days ago and started using right away. This is my first waist trainer so I'm not sure what to really expect. It was a little tight putting it on the first time but after a couple days you get use to it and I'm already using the second row. As for size I got a large and I typically wear mediums and can sometimes fit into smalls. But I would recommend just measuring yourself and go off the chart they provide. I have been wearing to work all day to get the hang of it and will start wearing to the gym tonight. Definitely recommed and its such a great price!

Fits as expected, and does as described. It definitely corrects your posture and helps you hold your stomach in, which is my problem area after having kids. Couple this with a good diet and exercise and I know the results will be proof of this working! I am 5 foot 2, and 140 and with a Large size I fit just fine.:)

Love the quality and the 3 hooks Its my first time using a waist trainer. I had previously purchase a size M but re ordered in L because it fit me too small, I was 5'6.5 weight 160 33;31;38 Im loving how comfortable it is, I must say it does fit a little longer for my torso compare to the M but other then that Im really enojoying my waist trainer. I started on the third hook and i am now on the last i now weigh155 and my waist has shrink I wear it everyday for about 8 hours plus i eat healthy and exercise here and there, Im so happy seeing results I will be ordering again!!

Ordered a medium. Fit on the middle notches . Could of gotten a small but I like the way this one fits not too tight and not loose I weigh 140.

I was not expecting a great waist trainer for its price but it is absolutely amazing. Quality is fantastic and feels like it's more expensive than it actually is. I'm 5'8 and 170lbs and the Medium fit perfectly. 100% would recommend

Very good product! I got the largest size and although it was hard to get those first two clips in (in the third row) at the start, I managed. It's been about a month since I bought this and my waist has gone down 3 inches. Disclaimer: I also exercise and diet and I wear it all day, every day that I am out of the house. I just bought my second one, two sizes down because the first one is getting a little big. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

The material is good quality, the boning is sturdy but doesn't dig into your skin and the stitching is perfect. I would recommend wearing this over a light tank top or something breathable because it will make you sweat if you are anything but sedentary and that will make your skin itch like crazy!
I was hoping to get the breathable one but it doesn't come in my size (just one more down and I'll be good to go).

It is true to size based on THE CHART in the pictures. I measured myself and got the right fit. For reference, I am currently 250 lbs and 5'6 and carry all of my weight in my mid-section.

Here's to getting rid of three more inches and looking cute in these new maxi dresses!
