I'm 5'5 and 145lbs, my measurements starting from the top are 36/33/36, so I ordered a medium. I received my trainer on Jan 17th of this year, it fit perfect on the first row of prongs and I started wearing it on the 18th, every day, religiously usually for 5-7 hours a day. I haven't even hit a month yet and I'm already on the 3rd row of prongs, and my waist went from a 33 to a 29. I do workout 5 days a week, eat fairly healthy and wear it the majority of my day, or try to. So persistence and lifestyle are a biggie. But it's become a part of my life, my posture has never been so good and it helps keep my back straight during workouts. Good sturdy material, best waist trainer I've ordered and worth the money. Will be ordering again when I'm ready for a small. I hope this helped, I know how hard it is finding a quality waist trainer online that isn't worth a fortune

I ordered and got it in the mail pretty quickly. I absolutely love how I am looking with it under my clothes. I have had it for two weeks, wearing it on the first notch. I am taking it to the second level Sunday for two to three weeks(four days from now) and I'm looking forward to the challenge of the third level. It's great quality for the price.

Love the waist trainers. Now that they are in my life... I don't know why everyone doesn't wear them. They have helped me with my posture, and losing inches around my waist. Definitely worth a try. Love the purple color, also have blue! Will probably purchase a black and a white version if I can find them!

I am 143 pounds and I'm 5'4 I'm extremely active I work out twice a day. I ordered a small cause I'm mostly a small on everything . I absolutely love it but I only use it to work out. I reach all the way to the last grip of the waist trainer so my waist is very small . I do recommend this waist trainer it's true to size but it all depends of the figure of your body . I've always been small on my waist. If you weight lift I mostly recommend it to you because it helps you have a better posture and it can be replaced as a belt . It's amazing

I probably should've ordered a size XS because I put mine on and it was already able to be on the 2nd row of clasps (: but that's okay. Great quality, thick like a wet suit. 3 rows of clasps are strong and spaced apart nicely and not too close. The color purple is super pretty. I'm impressed for sure!

It came in 2 days so that was a plus. I'm ordering another one for my sister because she loved mine and the price was great. The quality it excellent, its strong and the inside seems to be made with latex/ swim suit material. so if you happen to sweat its would be a breeze to clean it.

It's made really well! The chart said I should order a small but everyone in the comments said to go up a size because the chart was off so I got a medium and it turned out to be a little too but so I gave it to my friend and I'm ordering a small!

I love this waist trainer. I was so scared to purchase one but after reading the great reviews this had I had to try it for myself. I will say I love it. I love how comfortable it is. It is very strong yet flexible at the same time. I highly recommend it.
