Mom likes it but definitely size up. My mom uses a size 4 pant and I purchased a medium. She uses it as back support, not as a waist trainer.

Just look at the pics! Wore postpartum from day one after giving birth. Before pregnancy (this was number 4) I was 147 lbs and 5'8 . The adjustable velcro straps made it possible to wear from the beginning while post-pregnancy muscles and skin couldnot fully support organs as they could pre-pregnancy due to being extremely stretched out. I wore it for a few hours a day from day one and slept in it on night 2 and 3 with it being comfortable, but secure. Within a few days that huge jelly, 6 month pregnant, postpartum look was more of a pot belly. On day seven I only had a pudge and could fit the silicone courset by the same brand that I bought. This second trainer was a size small with only three limited adjustments that after delivery I could not get either end past the sides of my waist and I thought I would never have been able to fit it before or after because I got the wrong size and was planning to give to a very small friend of family member. I was amazed when on day seven I could squeeze the second corset on at the largest link adjustments. Very please with this product and brand. Great quality and surprisingly both trainers are comfortable and don't pinch. I never expected dramatic results. I was only hope for moderate support that would help aid me in getting in shape along with a little exercise which I am not us to. I love it! I am shocked and amazed! Will recommend to any new mommy wanting to get back in shape.

I could've gotten a medium rather than a large, but everywhere I looked people were saying they ran small. They really don't if you want a prolonged use get your normal size and start with the the two connections slightly touching, then move up to completely touching, and then overlapping. This product was awesome. I have no discomfort while wearing it and I can wear it under baggy clothes without it being noticeable (you can't wear it with tight clothes). I have noticed a difference in the size of my waist. I wear it when I am just hanging out or walking or at the gym. Sometimes I even wear it while I sleep. The pictures I include are the day I first got it and then now, which is about a month later.

The Yianna women's waist trainer is a great product ! So far I love this waist trainer, only had it for a week now and I'm very please with the result I'm getting ☺️I definitely recommend this for anyone looking to start waist training. You can burly tell I'm wearing it

I ordered size M for my wife. She measures 36 waistline, like an inch above navel. The waist trainer fitted her well, but just enough. Size L would be a better fit for her. But I guess I did choosr right after all, as she is going to lose sizes anyways. So measure your size before you order. As for the product, it is good quality. I have used support belts for work, the industrial type ones, and the velcro closures are not as tough as in this YIANNA waist trainer. This velcro are really though. That is good for the purpose of the belt. Also the supports are sturdy, not as the ones I've used in my work belts. This supports are well placed and we'll covered. The have like neoprene type of material si they don't bother your skin. Very happy with this waist trainer.

I have had this for a week now and I am very pleased. Its durable and that of great quality I wear it to the gym to target my waist and belly and those awful love handles that appear out of no where. The belt is very adjustable, it gives you two ways to adjust kind of like back belt. At first it felt really bulky and weird its a pretty thick belt but after wearing all day and to the gym the weight and bulkiness is not that bad and easy to get used to. Its a must have for a gym work out especially in the hard areas. I wouldn't wear it under my every day wear (unless I am going to walmart) because it is noticeable under clothes.
