This is my first waist trainer! I've only had it for a couple days, but so far I love it.

It's a little bulky but it's comfortable and holds everything in. Comfortable enough to wear to bed, had it for a week and it's a nice addition to my diet and exercise routine. Will be ordering the next size smaller when needed :)

This is the best waist trainer I've used. You can feel it strangling your waist into the shape you want. It does start to hurt my rib cage if I wear it for too long, but in all its a great, sturdy product. 10/10 would buy again.

I am really liking this shaper! I wear it when working out or when I'm just out and about. You can adjust it and it helps me keep good posture!

If I could give this product a hundred stars, I would. It is my first waist trainer, and why had I not bought this sooner??!! It's amazing and is wearable, I can wear it to work ( in an office) & no one even notices it, I did get a lot of compliments on how I looked slimmer, which I loved! The sizing is the size you'd normally wear, I wouldn't go based off the size the chart gives you though, because according to the chart I was a 3xl, but the xl is barely tight, I will be ordering an L soon as I want it tighter. But if you're heaitating, don't. You will love it!!

It comes with a smell like plastic, buy once you see the results, you'll forget all about it. It definitely enhances your curves.

Good product, fast delivery

This is a really good waist band. I have tried quite a few of them but this one gives me full support and keeps me remembering to activate my abdominal muscles. The quality of this band is amazing. It doesn't feel like it's going to fall apart at all. It is a little bulky so wearing it under a tight shirt might not be a good idea but I usually wear it when I'm at the gym.

I love this waist trainer!! It is a bit smaller than I thought it would be but i feel it fitter better and better every time I wear it! I only wear it when I'm working out! I wouldn't recommend wearing it under clothes only because it's not slimming! So you can definitely see it over clothes!

Sizing was accurate. Adjustability is great. Also perfect for working out. Wear them on the treadmill to run and I can still breathe and keep core straight and tight. Already noticed a difference in belly size
